An old friend showed me this place, I LOVE their PANKA QUINOA SALAD with shrimp. So good! However, I don’t know if this is a family owned restaurant that has their family working here because the young lady at the cashier, Maricella, I believe, was so rude. She didn’t even greet us, had a face like she didn’t wanna be there, and just her overall customer service was HORRIBLE! I work in customer service and I will say it’s probably best to hire people that actually wanna work than having your own family work there because the way someone is treated upon ordering up until they leave matters! It makes for the overall experience and can make or break profit. Food can be 10/10 but if the customer service is 1/10, that will definitely cancel out the other.

Got here at 8:15pm and they were we close at 9pm and it’s only to go, while the cook is on top of the stove cleaning up and have a weird look, we decided to leave never coming back

I ordered a noodle dish with green sauce, but I forgot the name of it. The taste is a bit bland.a friend ordered a salad and it was really delicious.

To say that I'm obsessed with their pollo saltado salad is an understatement. It comes with so many different veggies and their house dressing is chefs kiss. The freshness and flavor for a place that offers quick takeout is next level.

Cool building, food was genuinely delicious but I paid $18 for not that much food and below mediocre customer service. Got my order wrong too so I had to wait another 5 minutes.

First time here. Food was really good and fresh. Service from the kid was horrible.
Amazing restaurant, great place for a quick lunch or something heavier if you're interested. Great flavors and consistency is always there

I don't like leaving bad feedbacks but this time I have to since I'm Peruvian. I stopped by with my wife and ordered papa a la huancaina, the potato was hot and it's flavor was almost gross, the huancaina sauce had nothing to do with the real one, not even close. Lomo saltado had almost not flavor, the rice was great. Ceviche was ok, super over priced for such dish. I used to manage a Peruvian restaurant and worked on for 8 ,,years. This actually was almost a clone of the one I was working at, but the food was no good.

We found Red Panka restaurant by chance on our way to an event, and I’m so glad we did. This Peruvian fusion food restaurant is excellent! Authentic Peruvian food. We ordered the Causa Rellena, Pesto Spaghetti with steak, fried plantains, (avocado) Palta rellena and to drink Chicha Morada and Inca Kola. Everything was really good, well done and fresh. Good size portions. We finished our meal with Mil Hojas and Alfajores for dessert. Highly recommended. The place was nicely decorated and seemed to be popular in the area. We will definitely come back!
