This restaurant used to be my favorite, but the quality of the food has changed dramatically. In the ceviche the fish meat is too big!!!, the cancha or Peruvian peanut is really hard to eat and tastes like it was fried in recycled oil, and the flavor is bad. The potato in the papa a la huancaina is hard too, looks like it's been around for several days, and the arroz chaufa or fried rice is incredibly salty. It makes me very sad because we love panka restaurant. I hope the owner will prioritize the quality of his food again.

Red Panka is a great Peruvian fast casual restaurant. I've had the lomo saltado from here a few times which has been delicious every time. Worth the price for the quality.

Delicious food and great service. I very much enjoyed the tofu saltado and was happy to see more than one great vegan option! Overall there is something for everyone on the menu. I look forward to visiting again - I'll probably get the tofu saltado again because it was honestly perfect, I wouldn't change a thing!

Honestly, I’m very disappointed. I was so hungry and so excited to try this place today for lunch only to get home and it was all so salty and so bland at the same time. My mom and I could not eat it. I don’t know if this is a usual thing or I just got unlucky but for the price, I expect better.
