Red panka restaurant is a mix of Peruvian and Mexican cuisine. In my opinion their best dish by far is Lomo Saltado and their aji (chili sauce) is very delicious. Their arroz chaufa could be better but it's the best around town. A good ceviche is always recommended if you like uncooked meat (ceviche is cooked with lemon juice). The restaurant is small-medium size and the service is fast. I would recommend this place.

Walked in to order for my lunch break, and the people working there were not welcoming or friendly...the menu doesn't tell you what is in the food. The person at the counter wasn't trying to help pick something, so I walked out. I've ordered online from this place before for group lunches, but I'll take my money somewhere else.

Great vegetarian burrito.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian dishes sound great and the veggie burrito was quite good, except the extra large onion chunks. I would order it without onion if that's possible. Overall a good choice for vegetarians.
First time visiting. Wanted beef empanadas. Nope. They only offer a three pack, one beef one cheese and one chicken. Take it or leave it. Well I left. I was ready to buy 12 beef empanadas but they refused to sell me them.

This place has excellent food and used to have an excellent atmosphere and cuisine service. While their service is still good, it is not what it could be. They are using the typical teens who do not appear happy with their job. Despite them not looking happy, they do tend to know the menu well. The atmosphere is nice but appears to be getting neglected.I know this menu sounds negative, but the good is outstanding and definitely worth a visit...I just want to see management stay on top of this place so it doesn't go downhill. Keep the dining room clean and teach the kids to smile, and you'll be back to 5 stars.PS- they have excellent vegan options. Try the panka quinoa salad with tofu saltado.Vegetarian options: All options can use tofu to make it vegetarian.
