Alessandro was our server and made the meal spectacular. Restaurant was packed, yet he made sure our drinks and fries were always full, attentive to anything we needed and had a genuine great mood with a smile no matter how busy he was. 10/10 will be back and asking for his section

The staff were welcoming and friendly.

I ordered the Backyard BBQ Pork Nachos appetizer and the Grilled Blackened Salmon, along with a Mango Passion Lemonade.

Everything was beautifully presented. The Pork Nachos portion is huge—perfect for sharing—and packed with flavorful sauce and plenty of meat. The salmon and its sides were fresh and delicious.

Buffalo clucks were hard and crunchy, not soft and moist like they used to be. Service was slow. After the server brought our salad, we didn't see her for a long time. Hostess/manager brought our main course, then after our drinks were dry for a while, we had to flag that same person down for refills. Ambience is nice, but food and service not so much

Bar full of gnats. Staff not attentive. Too busy chatting. Food wasn't good. Fries sparse. Pineapple on my burger thick as 1/3 an onion. Tables weren't clean at bar. Worst experience at red Robin. Crew felt fake. I wont be coming back.

A busy Friday night at 630 pm and this was some of the best service we had in a long time. The employees and manager were on top of every table getting them cleared and ready for the next guests. Appetizer showed up in less than 5 minutes and food arrived right as we finished the appetizer. The manager was seating guests, delivering food, clearing tables and seemed to be in touch with every servers and what they needed the entire time we were there. Want some great food and AMAZING service…stop in for a meal!

I generally have a good time coming to Red Robin's but I felt a little played when I saw their adds for for 9.99 yummy deal they got going right now. I asked the waitress if what they were advertising was correct and if I came with drinks included in the 9.99 tavern burger promotion I got a bit excited to save a few bucks, until the bill comes out the tavern I was served costed 11.99 and drinks were not included at 3.99. I payed this of course the issue lies in red robins advertising a price and saying drinks were included just for it to be wrong more expensive and drink was not included i was better off getting a full gourmet burger instead for that price.

Normal dining experience, wish our waiter was a little more attentive with drinks and fries refills but understand that this refill model makes them have to make so many more visits to your table to check in during your meal.

Great gluten free bacon cheeseburger with gluten free bun and fries. Fast service, free parking and it tastes great.
