does not come with any of the NORMAL things in the ramen, unless you pay an extra added charge (egg, meat, bean sprouts etc)
so a BASIC ramen unds up being almost $25.
ridiculous.
The food is great! I've been here 3 times, and they haven't disappointed me yet!
The ramen here is amazing and the broth is very flavorful. I would recommend to always do take-out because the food is delicious, but the service for eating there is not so great.
Their online hours are NOT accurate. They are NOT open 24 hours as we came in at 2:40am and were told they closed… at 3am. Could we place a Togo order? No. But there was other people eating inside.
This was my first time eating here. The restaurant was empty when we arrived. My group and I were the only customers. We weren’t greeted or seated, so we just picked our own table. At first, the server seemed to have a bit of an attitude, which made us consider leaving. We decided to stay and give it a shot, and thankfully, the service improved over time. She became more attentive and brought us water without being asked, which we appreciated.
We started with the pork gyoza. It was crispy and well-cooked, though I found it a little too salty. The rest of my group disagreed and thought it was just right. I had the Chashu fried rice, which was really good. I would’ve liked a bit more meat, but the flavor was solid, and the chili oil had a nice little kick.
We also tried the “build your own ramen” with premium Japanese pork and Nikku broth. Honestly, it was just okay. The pork came in one big slab that was tough to cut without a knife, and the broth didn’t quite hit the mark like the fried rice did. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper, but it tasted more like root beer. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.
The atmosphere was decent. The lighting was dim, R&B was playing in the background, and there was a strange mural on the wall with a group of creatures that looked like some sort of rat, cat, snake hybrid, and one of them was table dancing. Definitely unusual, but I guess that’s part of the place’s character.
Overall, I’d rate the food a solid 4 out of 5. If you're in the area and want something other than fast food, it’s worth checking out.
Show me a Ramen Shop that can do better than this….
You can’t

Thank you for this experience
Was out on a date and we tried out Ramen Redland recently. Overall, it was fine. Decent enough that we might come back at some point, but nothing we would go out of our way for.
The space itself is solid. There’s plenty of seating both inside and outside, including bar seating. The vibe was good, casual, and relaxed.
Service was okay but not very welcoming. We were handed menus at the door and told to sit wherever, which was fine, but no one checked on us until the server came to take our order. When we asked for a few more minutes, they just said “okay, I’ll be back” and left. No offer for water or anything while we looked over the menu. We ended up asking for drinks after we were placed our food order, which felt like something they should’ve offered earlier.
Food wise, it was a bit of a mixed bag. We both ordered ramen with tonkotsu broth, yellow noodles, and pork. The broth was definitely the best part…. rich, flavorful, with a nice spice kick (“just right” spice level). The noodles were thicker than usual and didn’t really soak up the broth, which made them feel separate from the rest of the bowl. The pork had a nice char but was too thick and tough to eat in one bite with the noodles and everything else which made it hard to get that perfect mix of flavors.
Also kind of a letdown that the soft boiled egg wasn’t included and had to be added for an extra charge. That should really just be standard in a ramen bowl.
Overall, I’d give the ramen bowl a 6 out of 10. Not bad, but not great. There are better ramen spots in the area, but if you’re nearby and in the mood for ramen, it’s not the worst option.
Probably one of the best ramen places to eat in California. The ramen is fresh, it has some crazy art on the walls, the service was great, and the waiters were friendly. Would recommend trying.
Although the place looks a little shabby on the inside, the vegan ramen was surprisingly good. The broth had a lot of flavor, and the grilled tofu was delicious. I’d recommend getting it with a bit of spice since the spice-less broth I got the second time tasted kinda bland.
So delicious, every is piping hot, fresh, and perfectly seasoned!! I will be coming back!!
Got the tori ramen, kara-age, and kimchi rice!!!!

I came in around 2:30pm the server Mary that took our order was not too nice nor she was attentive. As we sat down she brought us waters with no ice. I then requested ice and she told me to get up and get it my self. I also notice that another customer walked in asking for a high chair, she then told them to also grab it them selves. After getting our food I then requested a side of limes, she then told me they didn’t have any. I then proceeded to ask another person working in the kitchen and he gladly gave them to me.

It's very difficult to find great vegetarian/vegan ramen that tastes amazing and comes with good toppings and fortunately this place is exactly that! This tastes similarly to one of my favorite ramen places in Riverside named Saku Ramen.
Besides slow service, it's absolutely delicious!

Horrible experience there,I asked for tori ramen it was $12 and I add a egg with that it suppose to be 15 bucks but The server(girl) she gave the porky and when I tell her it was wrong order she did even apologized.
And I’m gonna call the food safety department as I’m allergic to pork, and even when I tell her I’ve pork allergies she didn’t seem to be apologized.
