I took my Family there for dinner, and the place is closed,
Closed down... :( Will miss this place.
I took my gf here and dam smelled like straight sewer , so I asked waiter why does it smell like sewage and he said bc there has been leak for week by kitchen of sewage and nothing can do about it. Everything was closed and it was Friday night so we ordered and I'll say food was creamy and good but smell just ruined everything

I think they have a staff issue, because our food arrived warm, like it had been waiting for the waiter to serve the dishes. The flavor is always good, but you kinda want it to be hot.

Food was mediocre ? and service was not the most attentive. I won't eat there again. The dish I got was overseasoned with rosemary. My husband dish tasted like something we could have made at home.

I had a really frustrating experience at this Macaroni Grill recently. My visit was a letdown from start to finish. The food was underwhelming and lacked flavor. The pasta was mushy, and the meat was overcooked. To make matters worse, the service was slow and inattentive. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than taking care of customers. I won’t be returning.

I’ve been to this macaroni grill a few times and usually I have a great experience. This last time, however, I waited over 30 mins for my food and to top it off it came out cold. On top of it being cold I’m fairly certain my spaghetti and meat balls came out of a chef boyardee can. There was a heavy set gentleman with a thick accent who appeared to be the Manager who didn’t seem like he was interested in much, other than being on his phone...
Being in the service industry my self, I found this experience to be very off putting. I see why there’s always front row parking. But hey, at least the beer was cold.
The waiter was very friendly, helpful and understanding of my frustration. The waiter (I forget his name) did offer to have my meal remade. Unfortunately, I was about out of time and didn’t have the luxury of sitting and waiting for the kitchen to open another can of premade spaghetti
Ps. The service at Chilis down the street is more consistent even tho they’re busier.

We visit after church service on Sundays & always welcomed here. Service & food always good.
The host was really cool. I don't remember her name, but she was great. She got us our drinks and everything because her shiver wasn't there for a little bit and the food was pretty good and the service is very fast.
