Breaks my heart to have to write this, I’ve been going to Rosa Maria’s for way over 40 years, mostly San Bernardino location, Fontana, and Highland. All 3 locations are really good with customer service and of course the food is great. I moved to Redlands last year and I’m literally down the same street from this one. Customer service can use some improvement and the portions can be a lot better. I ordered a Meat, Bean, Cheese Burrito, my first 5-7 bites were bean and cheese and finally towards the end I got the Chili Verde I love but it was drowned in beans. At the other locations mentioned above it’s the other way around, more meat than anything else. Please do better Redlands because I absolutely love Rosa Maria’s.

Refuse to answer their phones 20 mins before they close. I rush over there to place a small order get there 15 mins before they close and their doors are locked.
