Beautiful place and scenery BUT the service is terrible! If I’m paying $50+ for a plate I expect the service to be good.

Everything is super cute. The food is very delicious. Only the service is a little messy, but it's a matter of motivating the waiters.

Great service, delicious food, incredible ranch to take pics. Food prices are reasonable, but there is a service charge we didn’t mind paying because it was a great service.
Parking: Parking is tip of 10$
Kid-friendliness: Kiddos loved it

Food was okay, they don't know how to cook medium rare. Waiteres was HORRIBLE kept forgetting to bring things we asked for then got bothered bc supposedly someone forgot to add service fee/tip... not impressed with service beautiful place, customer service is going to kill them.

We ordered Tomahawk and Grilled Octopus.
The octopus was over cooked and ends burnt so bad it ruined the flavor.
For some unknown reasons, they split the steak horizontally. Totally ruined the concept of cooking a thick ribeye steak. We spent over $380.00 for glorified tuna and hamburger meat.
Huge waste of money.

Very good place but they should have more variety on the menu, there is very little variety because the place is good for having more atmosphere, what I didn't like is that they still charge you for parking very low, the professionalism of the service staff

Food overpriced and burned. Don't get the whole fish, it was very dry! Becaureful when order the fish the waitress didn't told us it's $100 for burned dry fish because its priced at (MP) market priced . The asadero was ok! For 4 adults and 2 children we paid $651 dollars which $100 dollars was just charged for tip! 75% of the time could find my waitress. Mariachi was good and beautiful place!

Restaurantji Recommends
We had an incredible experience at this beautiful ranchero restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is outstanding and our steak was cooked to perfection. We loved the open atmosphere and music. We highly recommend it.

Food is trash don’t waste your money. We ordered 10 plates of different meats literally every single piece was completely charcoal black couldn’t even eat any of it. I’m not even exaggerating. Pretty upset at the place because for 10 people our bill was $1000 for the garbage of food they serve. I would have rather have eaten at Javier’s in Newport for that much money. Just completely baffled at the audacity these people have to charge that much for their food. Also, it was Mother’s Day and they advertised that there would be a band…. There was no band…. They also advertise that there’s a mini zoo… if you call staring down from the top of a small hill at some caged goats and horses from about 60 yards out a zoo? The whole thing was just ridiculous… the only pleasant thing about it I guess is the large property where you can hang out, but again not worth it whatsoever. The guy standing at the front of the property telling you where to go was also pretty rude.

It's very expensive and they leave your table very quickly...
I arrived at the place and they assigned me to a waitress that I describe because I don't know her name, tall, blonde and with a recently operated nose (because she had patches).
He took my drink order and it took approximately 35 minutes for him to arrive with the drinks (1 bucket with 6 beers that cost $42) and then he took our food order, I ordered grilled octopus and rib eye after 5 minutes. He came back and told me that they didn't have octopus, well, I ordered something else (grilled steak) 45 minutes passed and the dishes arrived, my steak was all tasteless and tasteless, it was accompanied by corn (there wasn't a single sauce or anything) everything dry, the rib eye was good, it was with beans
Afterwards we ordered a guacamole because since there was no salt or anything, the dishes were very dry.
In the end, they left us the food they didn't have in the bill and charged us for drinks that we didn't order and added 30 dollars as a tip when the waitress, very angry and very reluctant, was serving us apart from all the time it took with the service.
The truth is, I think that's why people are leaving. They only had about 5 tables with people in the place. It's getting worse and worse. They steal when they collect that tip, which is called TIP for a reason, for what you want to leave and not for what you want. Put it yourself and you also steal by putting things that people don't ask for on the ticket to see if people don't notice. Well, the only good thing about there is that the place is nice. From then on it's disgusting. I won't be coming back.
Stopped in just to have a couple drinks and an appetizer. We received great service from valet to our server. The prices were slightly high, but in my opinion, the ambiance justifies them. Give it a try!
