Was I surprised!? YES! was i annoyed about how fresh and delicious it was!? ALSO YES!

Enjoyed the burger avocado single. The avocado was PERFECT. ordered fries cuz I like the chunky zigzag. Got the onion rings…..SO CRISPY CRUNCHY munch munch!!!!!!

With that said, it is on the pricey. $14.49 for a small burger. No fries or drink. The portion of fries was nice and ok at $5.69 BUT the portion for onion rings is sad at $7.

Not your everyday day burger outing but I do look forward to visiting again.

Walking in the place was very clean and modern and the worker was friendly and greeted me. Just a little disappointed in the chicken sandwich I tried it was kind of small and more breading than meat. But still overall a great experience I'll just stick to the burgers next time

First time here at the Shake Shack in Redlands with my boyfriend for lunch on November 29, 2025 around 11 am , and I have nothing but positive to say about this establishment and our amazing experience with the team here. I appreciate the self service order kiosk in the front to order, very great for fellow introverts. As soon as we sat down our food was done in under 10 minutes. The manager on duty, Steven, served our food with a smile and brought us ketchup and napkins, and made sure we were all good. As we were enjoying our food he also came back to check and ask how everything was. Then Shantae, came by our table to ask us if we needed anything with a warm and friendly smile offering such a hospitable atmosphere. The efforts of both Steven and Shantae and the rest of the team really made such an impact on my boyfriend and mines day. The food was excellent, hot, and fresh, you really get what you pay for! And the excellent customer service is just the cherry on top. Thank you guys keep up your hard work, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Love the two veggie options 😋 you guys have here. Giving you 5 stars because I really enjoy the burgers BUT I will have to mention my fries have been warm, I feels should be served HOT. I don't like returning my food so I just eat them the way they are. But yeah burgers are top notch 👌 👍

I thought the burgers are already bomb but that chicken sandwich is something beyond. Superb taste and quality. Service is surprisingly good because it’s a fast food restaurant. 10/10

First time>. I asked if i could get help to place an order/ pay. Or had to do kiosk. Only one employee stepped up and said yes I can take your order cash or credit. She answered questions. She accidentally added a tip. The hamburger is the smash type its ok $8. The chicken sandwich was ok $10. A little over done. You get more meat on a chicken sandwich then you do a hamburger i believe single Patty is 4 oz. I tried samples of lemonade ok. Cherry lime to much like cough syrup. Strawberry better. I wanted to try the shakes but we had to go. We did get an order of crinkle fries they were good. I'd go back and try the shake. But I prefer In and Out for the hamburger/ meal.You get more for your buck. I prefer Chick-fil-A for the chicken sandwich.

This place is dynamite good. Soo damn lucky to have one in the Redlands area. lemme Tell you if you don't get there onion rings you lost top 3 I have ever had. the burgers are gold there. Chicken sandwiches are ridiculous. the shakes whelp it's in there name it won't disappoint

I enjoyed that the food was fresh and the manager and employees were very helpful and accommodating, checking on us enough to be polite but not overbearing. We really enjoyed our experience here and are excited to try other items!

Good variety of desserts to choose from.

Got an avocado bacon burger, cheese fries and a small Dr. Pepper. The total came out to $26 and some change. That's insane man. The food tasted good but $26 for a puny little burger, fries with cheese sauce on top and a small Dr. Pepper is insane. I could get a large multi-topping pizza from the best place in town for that price and have dinner that night and lunch for myself the next day as well. I won't be back as long as the extremely high prices and the small food portions remain an issue. No point going here when In-N-Out exists.
