Amazing service amazing food period

I tried a variety of items - the burger is tasty, cheese dog was good (eat fast before the cheese cools down), great fries & onion rings. The customer service was the highlight of my visit - the employees are outstanding.

I normally don’t fan over fast food but I really enjoyed the quality. I’ve tried the burger with avocado and the fried chicken burger. I even tried the chicken wrapped in lettuce one day. The fry is perfect every time. Also, huge fan of the extra crispy onion rings.

Very disappointed! Food is so overpriced for small portions and poor quality. Food taste like hospital food. No flavor, cheese sauce was like a big glob nasty had no cheese pull or taste. Burgers are so small. Chicken sandwich was ok. Only thing that was decent is their shakes. You're better off going to a local burger spot. The cook was not very nice or welcoming she had dark hair goth or emo style. The cashier was very nice but talk too much she was new prob nervous. Elderly woman working was nice. This place needs to lower their price not worth it'll We were still hungry after paying over $100

We had great service and food at this location. Our burgers were perfect.

Delicious burger but extremely small for $8. First thing I noticed was the itty-bitty bun. Great service by young man that took my order. He was also out checking on us after bringing our food. I would definitely go back.

Love the burgers. The beef stands out and takes center stage. All the other ingredients, which are minimal, just compliment. Shakes and cheese Fry's are all good too.

Shante is welcoming felt like I was eating at a 5 star restaurant the manager I believe it was or supervisor didn’t seem to be treating her the best nonetheless I gave her a tip loved the service from Shante.

It’s great to have a Shake Shack in Redlands and this location is clean and spacious. There are plenty of seats inside, as well as in the patio.

This Shake Shack (SS) is located in the former Corner Bakery in the Vons and Trader Joe’s shopping plaza, just south of the 10 freeway on Orange St in Downtown Redlands.

I usually will place an order through my SS app and do a pick up. They have some parking spaces assigned for app pick up - although I don’t see many people following this rule. And they also have kiosks to place your own orders, as well as regular cash registers to place orders with an employee.

I’m pretty simple so I usually stick with the Shack Burger but I do love their cheese fries. Yum. During my last visit, I ordered a Coffee Shake and, to my surprise, I really enjoyed it.

Overall, I really like how clean this SS is and the number of seats. The food is consistently good. I have no complaints.
