Aside from the ongoing construction outside, this place genuinely blew me away. I was surprised at how fresh, homemade and high-quality all of the food tasted for being a buffet style dining experience (we ordered the buffet lunch special). The pizza was very nice, and the mojo potatoes were excellent. Also, the staff overall were quite friendly, helpful and polite. After having extremely poor experiences at other buffets like Golden Corral and thinking I never wanted to eat at a buffet again, this place opened my mind back up. The price and value was also exceptional, as we payed like $30-40 for two people to eat unlimited food.

Worse customer service ever .they had my food sitting there for more than 30 min .I ordered to go and they didn't even call my name .they have to stop letting kids work they need more nature workers that are responsible and respectful with the customers really rude cashiers

This Shakeys was in Redlands had very friendly employees, pizza was good, mojos were also good. There could have been more chicken in the deal but it was still good. Pitcher of beer a bit pricey but it was cold, tasted pretty good. It took us a good minute to find this place our gps was running us in circles and everyone we asked did not know how to get there. The game room was cool.

They messed up my order THREE TIMES. They apparently can't tell the difference between an olive and a mushroom.
They gave me a pineapple pizza, a pepperoni and mushroom pizza covered in hot sause, and a pepperoni and mushroom pizza when I ordered a pepperoni and olive pizza!
They didn't even give me all my money back (I gave them a $20 since my order cost around $12, but they only gave me three dollars back)!
