I came in tonight to order a chocolate milk and the academically challenged barista named, Debbie, asked me if I wanted it Hot or Iced. I repeated that it was a chocolate milk, so it would be iced, and began to give my modifications.
When I went to order my 2nd drink the barista said “wait hold on you’re being a little special with the first drink give me second to type it in.” My 2nd drink was just water. Anyways my complaint is about the rude and braindead barista, Debbie. Please hire better. Thanks

Went through the drive thru this morning and there was only 3 cars ahead of me and it took forever. People are stopping on their way to work for a quick cup of coffee it’s not like we’re ordering whole meals what’s the deal with the loooong wait? I don’t even want to drink my beverage because I was visibly irritated and the Barista noticed then I saw them take my drink out of visible sight then brought it back to me. Who knows what kind of malicious shit they did to it. Terrible customer service

Small bug in my strawberry lemonade, looks like a small roach. I drive past a few Starbucks just to get to this one because drinks are always made correct here but disappointed after seeing this. Also customer service here is always great but tonight the lady at the window seems she doesn’t like her job. 01/15/24

I wanted to share my recent experience at your store, which has unfortunately left me disappointed. I’ve been a regular customer and have always enjoyed the service and quality of your products. However, during my visit last night, I encountered an issue that I feel needs to be addressed.

The staff member I interacted with had a very unprofessional attitude and refused to remake my drink, stating it was “not what I ordered.” This response left me feeling unheard and disheartened. I’ve always appreciated the customer service here, which is why this experience was especially surprising.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively to ensure future interactions align with the high standards I’ve come to expect from your store.

Made an unintentional pit-stop here on my drive home as a passenger in my vehicle needed a bio-break.

Seasonal drinks were purchased and were better than I thought!

The layout is interesting because the front door is off to the side, not directly in front of the parking area. I initially thought that it was a drive through only Starbucks location, but no, it's not. There's seating inside and nice inside.
