I was in on 12/23. When I pulled up to the window I was Greeted by the Starbucks employee so I gave my order then when they didn't respond I said hello, I was met with rudeness but ok fine retail is stressful. Then I handed over my card and was given a grande instead of a venti fine no biggy. I specifically asked for soy milk the cup said soy, it was NOT soy. I have a mild dairy allergy if you have any allergies stay away from this location.

A BIIIIG shout out to this Starbucks location ❤️. I don't frequent this Starbucks but I visit often enough to experience the inconsistencies in quality more frequent customers might experience. And it doesn't matter whether it's the morning crew or the afternoon crew...THANK YOU for ALWAYS giving clean cups. I have never gotten a dirty cups from here and I really appreciate it. Whatever the reason, it says a lot about this location and its crew. Please keep this level of service, and keep hiring those who will work with this locations values at heart.

I forgot to mention that the crew is always pleasant—again, morning or afternoon, it doesn't matter—they are friendly and professional.

I came in to grab a quick coffee, but Ralph turned a regular Starbucks run into a whole experience. He greeted me like an old friend, asked about my day, and somehow made the line feel like it disappeared. His energy was warm, calm, and confident. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything just right.

He crafted my drink with precision, called it a “masterpiece,” and handed it to me like he was presenting fine art. As I was leaving, he leaned in for a quick hug and then gave me a light kiss on the lips. It was soft, totally unexpected, and somehow felt more respectful than weird.

I walked out with the best caramel macchiato of my life and a smile I couldn’t shake. Ralph is the kind of employee that makes people loyal to a location. Starbucks, please give him a raise and maybe a crown.

This Starbucks on Redlands Blvd across from the McDonald's has got their act together probably one of the friendliest Starbucks I've been to they always get my drink right I go in every morning before work and they can see my order coming from a mile away and the service has been incredible if you have read my other reviews you would know I'm not crazy about the service we receive nowadays but this Starbucks is a great example of cucumber service at its finest

Not as friendly as other Starbucks in the area but the drink was made correctly and tasted good. Gotta ask for light foam on a soy latte otherwise it's pretty much all foam.

Man in pigtails was wearing a mask while serving food/drinks and while I understand germs are unavoidable, if a staff member is sick they should not come into work. Food handling is so susceptible to illness and I don't want a sick person dealing with my food
