I came in to grab a quick coffee, but Ralph turned a regular Starbucks run into a whole experience. He greeted me like an old friend, asked about my day, and somehow made the line feel like it disappeared. His energy was warm, calm, and confident. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything just right.

He crafted my drink with precision, called it a “masterpiece,” and handed it to me like he was presenting fine art. As I was leaving, he leaned in for a quick hug and then gave me a light kiss on the lips. It was soft, totally unexpected, and somehow felt more respectful than weird.

I walked out with the best caramel macchiato of my life and a smile I couldn’t shake. Ralph is the kind of employee that makes people loyal to a location. Starbucks, please give him a raise and maybe a crown.

This Starbucks on Redlands Blvd across from the McDonald's has got their act together probably one of the friendliest Starbucks I've been to they always get my drink right I go in every morning before work and they can see my order coming from a mile away and the service has been incredible if you have read my other reviews you would know I'm not crazy about the service we receive nowadays but this Starbucks is a great example of cucumber service at its finest

Not as friendly as other Starbucks in the area but the drink was made correctly and tasted good. Gotta ask for light foam on a soy latte otherwise it's pretty much all foam.

Man in pigtails was wearing a mask while serving food/drinks and while I understand germs are unavoidable, if a staff member is sick they should not come into work. Food handling is so susceptible to illness and I don't want a sick person dealing with my food

I will never come back to this particular location. About a week ago my mom and I went in to grab 2 drip hot coffees. My mom pulled out a $50 bill, which I noticed, and almost stopped to ask the cashier if they accept larger bills but, did not. I had turned to look at other items when the cashier handed change back to my mom she (my mom) stopped and said “wait I gave you a $50 bill”. To which the cashier replied “no you gave me a $10”. I turned around and corrected her stating that my mom in fact gave her a $50 and she needed to get her manager. The manager comes out opens the register and said “no there is no $50 bill in here”. I was livid and before I could make a scene the manager turned back to the cashier and said “you said she gave you a $10?” Which I assume she noticed there was not a $10 in the register and the $50 “magically” appeared and we were then given our correct change. Neither the cashier nor manager were apologetic at all. On top of that my drink order was wrong. I was given a iced tea instead of a black drip coffee 🙄

Terrible customer service I ordered drinks from the drive thru but forgot to add an ice water so I parked and went inside. They refused to give me a water cup and told me I would have to make a purchase in store. Is water really that expensive I mean your talking about pennies. Rude disrespectful, I was a frequent customer but not anymore. I have never been to a Starbucks that refused a water cup, Wow👌

We ordered 2 venti iced matcha lattes and one of them did not look normal, you can see the ice is all the way to the bottom, it would not be a problem if it tasted good, this has 0 sweetener. I could not drink it and can't go back to get a new one🤦‍♀️
