A BIIIIG shout out to this Starbucks location ❤️. I don't frequent this Starbucks but I visit often enough to experience the inconsistencies in quality more frequent customers might experience. I came in to grab a quick coffee, but Ralph turned a regular Starbucks run into a whole experience. He greeted me like an old friend, asked about my day, and somehow made the line feel like it disappeared. His energy was warm, calm, and confident. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting everything just right.

This Starbucks on Redlands Blvd across from the McDonald's has got their act together probably one of the friendliest Starbucks I've been to they always get my drink right I go in every morning before work and they can see my order coming from a mile away and the service has been incredible if you have read my other reviews you would know I'm not crazy about the service we receive nowadays but this Starbucks is a great example of cucumber service at its finest
