I went to Starbucks at around 11:50 a.m. on 12/23 and ordered a venti caramel brulee latte with soy milk and that is not what I got. The cup said soy but there was definitely no soy in the latte. I pulled up to the window and was greeted by a Starbucks employee. I placed my order and when they didn't answer I said hello since I wasn't sure that they heard me, I got nothing but attitude. I handed them my card paid and when I got my drink it was a grande fine. No big deal. It said soy so I left. After I finished I realized it was not soy milk as I have a mild dairy allergy. Do not go to the Starbucks if you have any allergies. They have attitude and they don't care!

Came to this location for my birthday drink as I had received the offer in app.. Just wow I’m so disappointed with the experience.. I feel like because it was free they didn’t care.. First I asked if they had pumpkin spice lattes still as they are seasonal and the barista said yes.. I said may you please make it a pumpkin chai latte? What I received was definitely not that.. There was a bunch of grounds and debris at the bottom of my drink.. I honestly just threw it away after taking one sip… Way to appreciate your customers on their special day.. I should’ve went to the other location across town but figured it would be the same experience here.. Nope next time just go to the Ford Park location in Redlands instead..

November 28 25 girl Starbucks employee annoying at drive trew window
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And went outside to eat my sandwich and watched a worker make a PREGNANT woman get up from her seat OUTSIDE because she hadn’t bought anything. Whoever worked today you’re TRASH

This Starbucks is my personal favorite because the guy that always hands us our order does so with a big smile and a joke of the day. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location just because it puts such a smile on my face to get your morning coffee with a smile and a joke.

Came here with my family. They all purchased something before me and when I asked for a cup of water they charged me for it because I wasn’t a paid customer yet. The thing is: I was ready to pay for it from the start. what I wasn’t ready for was the person ringing me up telling me about the new policy for two minutes and complaining about homeless people. Not a happy note to start my day and made me feel quite uncomfortable and a bit embarrassed. Just ring up my water dude.

I just requested the staff to lower down the music. Trying to work on my laptop chatting with my store leasing manager. From walking inside the store to ordering coffee, to telling them to stop the loud music, the arrogance just kept building. Who’s winning this immaturity contest, The staff or the supervisor who allow this to happen?

This place is not safe at all! My purse was stolen in 30 seconds when I went to the register to order. It is full of homeless people who sit inside the store. So be careful! I talked to the manager to check the cameras and they said they will need a police order to do that. The police officer came that day but never followed up on my case. He said the starbucks people did not respond to his calls and starbucks said the police never reached out. It’s been 3 weeks and no one helped with checking the camera. Conclusion: you are in your own! No one cares.

Service here is ok. Has its ups and downs like everyone else. A few bad apples when making my drink most they do get my order right 80 percent of the time.

I like to sit and do some work in a coffeeshop but everytime I've come here the music is so obnoxiously loud it's clear they are trying to chase you out.
