I'm not normally one to leave a review, let alone such a /glowing/ one. The two afternoon employees were super friendly, real social butterflies who brightened my day. Good chatter and laughs, swift service, clean and professional.Food came out great too; I had to stop midway through my meal to finish this review. That's how wonderful this Subway was, the review couldn't wait.The bathroom was good too, though... be sure to stand on the side when you use the soap dispenser; the foam doesn't come out the bottom, as of April 14th, 2024.That's my only complaint, otherwise this is an easy 5/5.Parking: At least 5 open spots.

I think people need to stop making excuses for the rude behavior of Vivian or whatever her name is, with the blond hair. She treats you like she is in a rush to get you out of there, terrible customer service, I’ve gone a few times and received the same service from her, she either needs training on how to properly serve customers or she needs to reconsider what she wants to do for work. I’m a firm believer that the way someone serves you is going to either make or break your meal, spent over 40 dollars on food I could not even enjoy because the service was complete garbage.

I received excellent customer service by Mayra. I havent had customer service like this in ages. I was greeted warmly when coming in the door and didn't feel rushed when trying to think of what I wanted on my meatball grinder. She actually made suggestions of what veggies went well with the sandwich and I never once felt like I was being rushed. Thank you! The sandwich was great and hit the spot.

Went to this subway at 730 pm and was told my total was 29$ and some cents. gave the blonde 29 dollars. (i know it was 29 because i counted it before i gave it to her) and tells me i'm a dollar short so i say charge it to my card. and she proceeds to charge 10$ to my card after telling me i was only a dollar short. Once i notice it she tells she that i only gave her 19 dollars when i had at least 25$ dollars in cash that i handed her, (5-5$ and 4-1$) she did not try to do anything about it and continued to tell me she counted the money when i saw her count out five 5 dollar bills and a few one dollar bills. terrible service on that part. so if you want to be charged correctly don't go when the younger blonde chick is working because she'll over charge and then do nothing about it.

Ordered a turkey sandwich for pickup got home and there was no turkey on it. Came back and the person there said i didn't make the sandwich and wasn't really trying to help and did not apologize for the inconvenience and seem mad as if i was the one who messed up on the order. Poor customer service.

Tonight I pull into this subway. I knew I was cutting it close but made it with a solid 5 minutes before closing. As we approached the store a employee looked up and saw us. He/she then ran across the store shutting all the lights off. I was amused at how much effort was put forth to avoid having to work.
I walked in with my family. The two young lady workers did not greet us, did not smile, and almost seemed annoyed we were there. We placed our order and one girl accidentally started a foot long instead of the six inch we ordered. When corrected she just took the meat off and placed it back in the box with the other breads. I ordered a spicy Italian and was charged for extra meat when I never mentioned extra meat or asked for it. Then when I went to get Diet Coke it was out of syrup. When I informed them they just said they were out.28$ for two meals. I get that prices go up but how about some good old fashion customer service. Make me want to return to this subway. At this point, why would I return to a place that doesn’t greet me, welcome me, thank me and then overcharges me. No thnks.

Waited for about twenty minutes in line. They had one young worker having to manage the operations while the presumed owner just stood there and handled the cash register. The people behind me left, but I finally came up to be helped and the owner told me to wait while he prioritized a large online order in which case I left. Each time I have been here they have lacked supplies such as meatballs, and always have different staff. This was the last straw and I will not be going back. Try the other location in Yucaipa.
