On Monday May 13,2024 I go to subway atleast 3x a week I’m pretty sure she’s the manager but also never wears her name tag probably so she can’t get reported …. She has a tattoo on her neck I placed a online order and arrived early to ensure sandwhich is made properly I get there and she starts with a. Passive aggressive attitude was texting on her phone and says I just got the order so give me a few minutes although I didn’t mind I just wanted the sandwhich to be made correctly as to why I arrive early and in no rush …. Next as she’s making the foot longs she didn’t add pickles to one of the foot longs like the order stated and I asked her if she put pickles on it and this is where her passive aggressive came in she doesn’t comment back and throws 3 pickles on the footlong any time you ask for extra of a particular veggie she just adds a regular amount (so what’s regular if this is extra ? ) xD anyways she throws 3 pickles on a footlong and doesn’t say anything and you could tell she was mad about being told the error hence why she didn’t even comment or say sorry or a yes or no or let me check the order as a manager she should be courteous and respectful to the customers she almost has a mad attitude while at work and this is multiple times a week I see her as I’m a regular subway fan I hope she gets a change of heart and realizes there’s no subway without customers and be more kind and not so passive aggressive as well all that energy she using to be mean could be used to make the sandwhiches correctly

I want to love this location, but I have trouble almost every time I come. Today I waited 40 min for my online order. I wasn’t compensated or anything for waiting such an insane amount of time for my sandwich. I am a very understanding person, but I feel like people need to know before coming here. Last time they didn’t have avocado and they were rude about it. The time before that they put such little amount of avocado on my sandwich that I couldn’t tell there was any. I think they are understaffed, being one of the problems.

I was just driving by thinking what should I get because I was hungry, I saw that the sign was on, so I said ill get a subway… when I came in because the door was open… the guy at the register said with a tons “ we aren’t open” and kick me out… that did it for me, everyone else here at this location are very nice but him… it needs to improve their costumer service because that’s not the first time he has treated me like that..

Bought 2 chicken sandwiches and was charged extra for cheese on both when they didn't give extra cheese. The big guy at the counter had messed previous customers' orders as well. Counter has a small screen, so we can not tell what exactly they are charging for. Double check your receipt after purchase.

This subway has the best staff clean store very well made sandwich thankyou mason and to the comments below stater bros would be the place for non customer restroom no reason for 1 star review and pregnant lady your 2 star review is invalid due to that time of month lmfao highly recommend this subway compared to the others in town

I usually have no issues with this place but today suddenly their policies have changed with the restroom. You have to be a customer in order to use the restroom. There's a huge problem when every business and this area does this and then if you go to a gas station the restrooms are also unavailable. And no other place in this country or any other country does this happen.
