Bad service, the person who served us was in a very bad mood, as if you were asking for it for free.
Terrible experience! No $6.99 ft long special! App kept trying to charge full price.
App was slow! I got sub of day deal but came for 2 ftlongs! The female employee seems upset at all men in the planet!
Oh, where do I start? This is one of the dirtiest subways I’ve ever visited. I know for a fact that they clean and sanitize the top of the tables with the same rags they wipe dirty appliances off with and don’t change out the rags they are constantly making undercooked bread and still serving it Even the vegetable preparation is very unsanitary if I were you up and not eat here .
Just had the most hardest stale bread ever for a company that supposed to bake fresh daily!

A good sub. Better than many subways I’ve been to. They absolutely stand out in customer service! We had a large order to go, and they were efficient and competent. The order was 100% correct and everything was clearly labeled.

Mediocre service. Difficult to pick up online order. Didn't provide drink lid and figured out later that it was behind the register.

The service was not great , the lady started with a rude tone and could not listen to simple directions that was mentioned multiply times and some of the produce was clearly not good anymore and was still on the shelf. This all happened in front of the managers eyes.

This subway never answer the phone, and it sucks for us who order through deliveries. Sometimes we need to check and make sure the order is being prepared correctly.
The unhappy 20-something girl that took my order this afternoon was rude from the start. I asked her if they had a certain cheese, rather than saying yes or no, she says 'the list on the glass shows what kind of cheese we have." She started toasting my sandwich without asking me, then seemed annoyed when I told her I didn't want it toasted. Then, she stood in front of the vegetables and just stared at me blankly without saying or asking anything, waiting for me to just say what vegetables wanted. The older cashier that rang me up was super friendly. They should have switched roles. It's a unfortunate time that not as many young people are interested in working, or need to because they've found other means, So businesses can't be discerning in who they hire. I made the mistake of going to Starbucks first, where the employees are almost always friendly and professional. What a contrast. And they use giant, plastic bags for the sandwiches when some of the other subways are moving towards recycled paper bags. What a waste. I won't be returning to this Subway. Boo.

They never open in time !!!!!! Looks they don’t care !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very bad service, the manager did not allow us to use the bathroom when we gave her three large sandwiches. We are non-public customers. Ana pointed out the sign to us with a very rude attitude. I would not recommend this place. We were definitely going to eat there, but since we did not use the bathroom, we had to leave.
Very bad service and they don't provide you with bathrooms because according to them they are not public but we are clients, please change the manager according to them, the manager
