The unhappy 20-something girl that took my order this afternoon was rude from the start. I asked her if they had a certain cheese, rather than saying yes or no, she says 'the list on the glass shows what kind of cheese we have." She started toasting my sandwich without asking me, then seemed annoyed when I told her I didn't want it toasted. Then, she stood in front of the vegetables and just stared at me blankly without saying or asking anything, waiting for me to just say what vegetables wanted. The older cashier that rang me up was super friendly. They should have switched roles. It's a unfortunate time that not as many young people are interested in working, or need to because they've found other means, So businesses can't be discerning in who they hire. I made the mistake of going to Starbucks first, where the employees are almost always friendly and professional. What a contrast. And they use giant, plastic bags for the sandwiches when some of the other subways are moving towards recycled paper bags. What a waste. I won't be returning to this Subway. Boo.Vegetarian options: Veggie patty sub

I went here with my family at about 4:30pm on Monday. The girl workers were super sweet and helpful answering questions about the confusing menu. We had quite a few sandwiches, but they were made quickly with no attitude (like I've gotten from other Subway employees elsewhere). The service was excellent, as were the sandwiches. The store also looks really clean every time I come in. I've come to this location often, and unfortunately it's really hot in the restaurant every time. I know it's not the employees fault, but subway prices have gone up way too much. $3 for bottled water is ridiculous!! I can say with certainty, the Sub Series Menu sucks. It makes it so hard to find the normal, classic sandwiches that we'd like to order. A simple Tuna sandwich is my favorite, and it was so difficult to even find that on the menu. Overall though, nice restaurant, excellent workers, and good food.

Service and food are trash, came in @9:50am asked the lady if she can spread of the turkey because it's too thick and they just throw it on there stacked, she said yes but continues to throw it on there stacked and not spread it out after she said she would. Would not come back here food isn't even worth your money.

Haven't been back to subway for a long time now since they took away the chickens roasted oven menu I'd always went to get it the same sandwich every day when I had the chance to get a sub from subway..... I don't like the new menu at all if they would kept the oven roasted chicken I would kept coming when I had the chance too

The labor shortage made painfully tangible. I had just been on the interstate for an hour and needed to find a lunch place, but most importantly, I desperately needed a restroom. I saw this Subway and thought, "awesome, I know what I like here, and it will be fast and clean." The door to the bathroom is propped open. I ask the sandwich maker if I may use the restroom. She was curt and said the toilet was closed. Is the plumbing broken? Because I'm going to wet my pants. She repeated the phrase, restroom is closed. May I please use the toilet because it is urgent? More aggressively now, the floor is wet. I promise I won't fall I said. She death-stared me back. I went in anyway. As I'm going in, I call over my shoulder that legally you have to offer a bathroom. No, we don't! Somebody already called The health department on us. On my exit, she spits out restrooms are for customers only. I was going to order something before she made me feel so unwelcome... She had a line of customers, but she kept popping off from behind the counter. I asked her what she wanted, a yelp review? There was a gentleman at the door, squeegeeing the glass. He said you could have whatever you like; just be on your way out. How does a business like this keep the lights on? I got salty in my tone. I was about to wet myself, and I was humiliated in front of a half dozen people. That's a circumstance, not an acceptable excuse. I offer my apologies to the young lady

I am a former subway manager of three years I was in the area and I stopped to get some food and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left the customer service was bad and Sanitation of the store also bad i ended up not even buying my food

Ordered a few sandwiches from here customer service was great and they had speedy/great customer service. I live in highland where there's 3 locations and rather come to this one in Redlands.

The lady that took care of my friend and my girls. Was rude... my friend who has a speech problem, had a hard time communicating with her. That Is why I sent him a text with what I wanted on my sandwich, so he could show her. Not only did she fail to make a sandwich properly, when they asked did you put everything on it, her response was unprofessional & rude "I ALREADY PUT EVERYTHING ON IT. My sandwich literally has lettuce, pickles and jalapeños. If she would've just looked at the text and listened to what my girls were saying. She would've known. Not only that, when my girls asked did you put salt pepper, vinegar and oil, she lied and said "already added it" with an attitude ... there's no damn salt pepper vinegar and oil on my sandwich. I don't like when businesses treat people with disabilities like crap. There was no need for her to take her personal problems out on my girls and my disabled friend. Do better and be better... this was today July 14th between 10:36 and 11:00 am. SUBWAY IS NOT Disability friendly establishment.

Everytime i go to a subway they are either rude or they look like they are done with their job which is understandable but I have never had someone do my sandwich with such love ? thank you Erika for making it with love, me and my fiancé enjoyed our sandwiches <3 we will come back
