This subway is terrible. They Don't want to add anything to your sandwich. They limit your toppings

This subway says open at 8am but when I went at all most 9 am the doors were locked. Lost my business!

Just got a sandwich here. Sorry I don't remember the nice lady that made it. She did an amazing job! The shop was So well prepped and clean. I'll remember to come back to this one.

Cashier was very rude. Didn’t change gloves for every sandwich. She seemed annoyed when I asked her to replace the gloves, rolling her eyes as if it was an inconvenience. The lack of hygiene made me uncomfortable, and I could see other customers noticing the same thing. I decided to take my business elsewhere, feeling that a simple request for cleanliness shouldn't have been met with such a negative attitude. It was disappointing, as I had hoped for a better experience.

I sincerely hope everyone that's gone to this location in the past few weeks reviews their receipts & follows suit. My 11 year old son wanted some chicken ranch something or other meal for brunch. We're temporarily displaced & have run out of cash so I'm using credit for this astronomically priced sandwich of $12.99. I figured we'd share so it would be ok. We got the sandwich & 5 cookies & decided to dine in. I reviewed my receipt & discovered the sandwich rang up $14.29, a difference of $1.30. I asked the 2 sandwich artists about the discrepancy & both stated there was recently an increase in pricing. I looked around for signage advising this & NO PRICE CHANGES NOTED OR POSTED ANYWHERE! I asked for the $1.30 refund or equivalent compensation for the future & was told none would be given. She offered to call the owner, & no answer. Well since this location isn't willing to cooperate on my $1.30, I'm canceling the entire charge of $20.49 with my credit card company for theft.

2 weekends in a row this Redlands location on Redlands blvd tries to act like they are closed making customers wait out side an hour after the store has been opened but tries to make the store look closed and keeps the doors locked staff horrible unprofessional and blocks you from coming inside a business that should be open it’s always on the weekend there doing foolishness nd try to see how long they can keep the doors closed to not have to work then employee refused to make sandwhiches after she blocks the entrance from letting customers in we t to 1619 w Lugonia store and Lizzy was great professional had the store open and running for business the staff at Redlands blvd is horrible unprofessional doesn’t have store open even an hour after opening it always something with this location due to the employees never wanting to just do there Job instead spend there time playing games seeing what they can do to make the store looked closed to not have to work and detour customers I witnessed another customer waiting outside and she kept the doors locked having him wait outside while she made the sandwhich es and then came to unlock the doors to hand him his sandwhiches and then blocked the door from us to walk into and then refused to make sandwhiches asked for manager and she refused

I waited in line behind a group of three ordering individual foot long sandwiches, being helped by one staff, while another staff walked back and forth slicing meat. In the meantime a returned customer came in because the picked up order was wrong. The meat slicing staff took the returned sandwiche and placed it aside for the other staff to fix. Picture this, two people waiting, and one person just slicing meat. I asked the meat slicer if she could please help. She responded that they've "been busy and don't have no roast beef." I told her I don't want roast beef. She said sorry she has to slice the beef. I left as I had already waited long enough to see the other customer pick up her food and return it. I just could not spend my money where some unknown future customers' interest were more important than the people actually there, and where my time or presence is obviously not appreciated.

The service and food is always great here. Alix was super helpful, quick and accommodating making our sandwiches. For sure the best experience I’ve had at a subway in a long time.

I went in for a footlong sub, which I have on many previous occasions and after the sandwich was made, I asked for it to be toasted. I was then informed that their machine was down, I paid as they had already made the sandwich. The sub was absolutely terrible, the bread was soggy and it did not taste fresh as it had on every other visit, so I called back to the store to let them know of my experience and after informing them of my dissatisfaction, I was hung up on by a man who was being incredibly rude. I then called back and they would not answer the phone. I threw the sandwich away instead of returning it, which I had planned to do.
