My first time going to this location and it was wonderful! I unfortunately did not get the name of the beautiful young woman that helped my aunt and I but she was incredibly sweet. Very patient with our orders and double checked everything. Gave very generous portions as well. Appreciated her conversation on our shared neurodivergences, made us feel welcomed. Clean store and food tasted great.

THEY NEVER ADD AVOCADO FOR MOBILE ORDERS! You pay an extra $3.00 and for what!?! It has happened over 5 times. You think I'd learn my lesson. They also don't even read the special requests. I tip hoping for better service but I am always let down. I worked at subway so I know how things are supposed to be done. It's just gone downhill over the years. Strike three, I won't be back. ZERO STARS.

Horrrible customer service from a young girl with super long eyelashes! Horrible attitude for no reason on a beautiful sunny day. They should definitely have some customer service training.

i've been here to this subways a few times and it's always the same nasty attitude I get from this young man that works there. he is always trying to raise his voice at me while i am ordering and one afternoon i went in and i asked for an other sandwich he rolled his eyes and was jus being rude. The food in general was not what my expectations were but all i know is i will not be coming back to this subway !

I guess they were doing an online order when i walked in, i was waiting patiently for about 5 minutes and not one worker acknowledged me nor said they’ll be with me shortly, what happened to good customer service

I've had the same unpleasant experience each time I go in there. This last time, a Mexican girl who didn't listen to anything I said, other than the sandwich which I ordered. I wanted more olives, NOPE. I asked for something else and got an argument. I asked for honey mustard. She walks past. Then she asks me when she's done if I wanted sauce. I had to tell her honey mustard... AGAIN. They are not taught to listen. So don't say anything, until they ask you, because sure as hell, they aren't going to hear you. Finally, I tell them it's for a senior. I guess they think I'm making small talk. Rings it up and forgets my 10%. I tell her again. What an idiot. Where do they find these people! To top it off, she had a frown on her face, and looked like she'd just got beaten by someone, prior to my arrival. When I walked into this ...hole, it looked like she rolled her eyes like she didn't want any business. Definitely no greeting or smile. The expression on her face was that she totally hated having to work. Will not be going back. I'll go anywhere else

I ordered online. Got there and there was like 15 people waiting. The poor employee was working the sandwiches and the register all alone. I felt badly for her. I did get my sandwich quick because it was already made but I won’t return on my lunch break again because I can’t guarantee what the crowd will be like or who the employees will be. The manager should be there to help if people call in sick. Not a good business model. But kudos to the lady working alone.
