Had the best experience today with Kimberly the owner! She went above and beyond to help fix a cake for my sisters gender reveal that was purchased elsewhere that was pretty much botched. One phone call and she did everything she could to help us and make her gender reveal cake perfect! Thank you so much Kimberly you were the absolute sweetest! The shop was so cute and welcoming! My boys were so excited to see how many different cookies they had and they were beyond happy with their choices. The Smore cookie and Chocolate chip was 5/5 from both of them! We also got a cinnamon roll which was Amazing and the strawberry shortcake cupcake was so good! Definitely will be going back!

After checking the sugarblooms' cake design in their Instagram, i fell inlove. I'm pretty regular in their store and the cupcakes are very delicious! Therefore, last 2 months ago I ordered a customized cake in 1 month advance for my 29-year-old boyfriend for his birthday. I showed a picture and I expected to look exactly as it is or even better, and I also said she is free to make it look good as she sees fit. As you can see on the 1st & 2nd picture, that's the result she made. On the 3rd picture is the image I showed her. The logo is effortless and looks like it was made in a hurry. The metal and pipe design is sloppy and a bit crooked. I understand it's challenging request but for $500+? I was hoping it'll turned out as great as the cake they presented in Instagram. I appreciate she did her best, however, the way she did with the logo is effortless and the icing are crooked is incredibly disappointing. The cake taste delicious, the staff is kind, and the store's atmosphere is comfortable but the presentation of the cake is disappointing.
