The fish taco was probably the best part. The chili relleno burrito was also pretty good. Basically what you would get on a plate of that dish, with beans and rice, all put into a tortilla. Of the salsa, the verde was the best. Worth checking out.

Amazing ceviche, so fresh! So beat michelada I’ve had in a really long time. Their custom mix and custom champs sauce around the rim makes it bar none! The service is always fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is chill. I love the outdoor patio seating, perfect for an evening date!

Ordered the Baja fish tacos. The fish itself was great, but the tortillas were a bit dry and tough. Great atmosphere and service though.

I have experience good things from taco shack I have been in Redlands for 5 months and I've ordered at least 5 times from taco shack. I love the shrimp ceviche I just can't get enough of it. I want to know how they make it so I can make it. Other than that I just ordered the fish taco special for Thursday and I can say it was pretty good. The sauce on top which is basically mayo should be added first when taco is built then add fish then garnishment then and Baja sauce on top and add lime slices one per taco. That is the perfect fish taco or Baja taco but it is a question for the client. Other then that I can't wait to taste other items on the menu. Thank you taco shack
