I have experience good things from taco shack I have been in Redlands for 5 months and I've ordered at least 5 times from taco shack. I love the shrimp ceviche I just can't get enough of it. I want to know how they make it so I can make it. Other than that I just ordered the fish taco special for Thursday and I can say it was pretty good. The sauce on top which is basically mayo should be added first when taco is built then add fish then garnishment then and Baja sauce...

I really, really like this place. I've tried several things now and have loved them all. The fish tacos are the best you can get around here. The Tortillas they use are fantastic.

Taco Tuesday special can’t be beat! Delicious carnitas street tacos with all the condimientos! Stay for the patio atmosphere while sipping a cold Corona! Service is the best they really make you feel at home! Bien provecho!
