Roach crawled under our table. Service was good, food is good but we had to leave. I dont feel a roach is a direct reflection of uncleanliness but still...

The staff is wonderful. The food good. Unfortunately I've not eaten much Thai food. So you'll have to try their dishes. I sure enjoyed myself. With a group of 8. They made reservations. With no problems. Even adjusted the time.
Thankful!

Party of 2 went here on a Friday afternoon late in October. Reached around 3:15pm after doing the San Bernardino Peak hike, so we were quite hungry. Had to wait around 10 minutes, and were then seated at a booth at the end of the hall, right under the AC, so was actually quite frigid, but we didn't mind. We had a cold tea and a lemonade, then the appetizer plate to share. It has quite a few items and they were all fried crisp. My friend had a curry which came with plenty of rice, and I had the Redlands noodles with beef which was delicious and also very good quantity. The food was served very quick, and we were surprised because the restaurant was pretty packed. We were famished and still couldn't finish the appetizer plate, so I would say on a regular day, this much food would have sufficed for 3 people. Total including tips and taxes came to around 70 bucks.

Thai shrimp chowmein noodles were so hard almost like a thick chew the texture was just completely off. Never have i ever had them at a place and them be like that. The whole plate full of oil, just completely saturated. We served our selfs took 2 bites of noodles and asked for the check. Shrimp fried rice was okay. Definitely a waste of a mealš. If you like quality authentic Thai food this place ain't it.

In my nearly 40 years on this Earth, I have driven past Thai House very frequently, with each time resulting in me thinking, āyeah when I have time I want to try them out.ā After being stuck in Redlands for an appointment, I decided to commit and came in for the lunch special. Was very surprised by a palette of subtle and very well balanced flavors, and rich when required. I may be a fat foodie, yet I still am very selective and have my preferences. AKA: Iām very choosy and will only be compelled to send positive vibes via review if a location checks all of the right boxes.
The atmosphere and decor were relaxing, the out door fountain and garden is lovely, and the back ground music was soft piano. And my server? I canāt recall the last time Iāve seen someone this bubbly, happy, and a joy to be around in a restaurant. My lunch was very filling and flavorful - next time I intend to try their highest level of heat, purportedly a notch above āThai spicy.ā
Looking forward to returning soon, and I highly recommend whomever read this far to give them a try.

Usually I give places reviews based on what went well and what didn't. I think that this is a place that's Good but could be great. I don't usually nitpick but because I believe this place could be great I will. If you just want to know should I eat here or not? The answer yes. But if you want to know what could be better then keep reading. Most Thai restaurants have a niche role to it's community. A Thai restaurant in Chicago is very different from one in Portland. Etc. this on definitely caters to the locals. They go easy on more authentic seasoning in favor of the tried and true sugar and salt. Which most Americans adore. But it loses the identity of what is Thai. They don't have the normal what you would call condiments at the ready. I don't mean ketchup and mustard. I mean authentic Thai condiments like chilli flakes, chilli oil, fish sauces, bean paste. I'm sure it's used in some dishes but, in my experiences with more traditional places it's at the ready. They are a to go sort of place like most places with grub hub and Uber eats everywhere. But if you sit to eat they still give you the pre-cooked ready to heat food. If I'm sitting i have some time. And I wish they would cook to order instead of reheating things. Obviously not everything can be cooked to order but, cooked to order pork isn't difficult. What happens when you pre cook things is it homogenizes making the individual textures and flavors of noodles, meat, and vegetables taste the same. Again its a good place but I think that just a slight adjustment to a few common restaurant practices and this place could be great.

Pretty great food, also tried their sweet tea. Personally not a fan for sweet tea with cream, but YMMV.

Been on an Asian food kick lately. Another great spot!! I was heading toward Redlands for a girls meetup (HBD Pauline)š„³. I googled great Thai Food, and I got exactly what I asked for š. Nothing fancy inside but cute nonetheless. Great service and great prices. We dined inside but I noticed a cute outdoor area. Iāll be back to enjoy the outdoor seating. Oh yeah thereās two sides to this restaurant⦠I also noticed a bar area with a few tables. š¤gotta come a third time to visit that room.
