first time i've ever been and they made the coffee soo perfect!!!!

Me and my family are almost daily clients here. Today I went to get our drinks and when I entered the cashier was so mad so she was so rude with me. I understood they were so busy and they need more help (just her and another girl was working ) but it’s not my fault. So it was ok, I made my order. They had mistakes on it and I told them two times so she was upset and just let me there for like 40 min just waiting and looking how they were attending the all other people but no me. I asked for my money back but one of them said “wait” , at that time there were a looong line, so they were more stressed. Suddenly appeared I think the manager so I though she gonna say sorry for the inconvenience but no, the rude girl started talking with her about me and she was still angry . So the manager or who she was, called me and asked to me for my order so I told her but I asked for my money back again. I let her know I was there for a long time and she said “we are so busy” no sorry or nothing , just she gave me my money back and that’s all. At least They could comunícate with me and let me know that I was going to be the last and then I didn’t waste my time. We are there at least 3 or 4 days for 3 or 4 drinks and sandwiches and I was treated like that, too bad. I’m Hispanic yeah with accent too but I deserve respect like me and my family always respect workers there.

We waited for 22 minutes and there was 1 person in front of us in line. They were out of carriers, 2 of the teas we wanted, no flat lids, this all would have been acceptable had they not got our final order wrong and were so incredibly rude about it. All on Mother’s Day with my wife.

Ordered food and drink. Waited quite a while. Didn’t call my name. When I went to pick up there were several items on the counter. I told them my name and they had no idea if any of the items were mine. They had no idea what was in the bags. I had to look myself and find it. None of them were very helpful at all. There were no napkins out, and they did not give a napkin with the food. I had to go up and ask someone behind the counter After I found somebody. I went all the way back to the bathroom, which is down a long hallway and then through another door where I found you have to have a code. Went back up got the code went all the way back. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet handle didn’t work. You have to press it from inside the tank. There were no paper towels in which to dry your hands. The outside of the receptacle for trash was filthy. Not a very friendly place. I will not go there again.

I have made two mobile orders so far on two different occasions and a couple other ones in person and the orders were prepared quickly and accurately. The coffee is always prepared just right and always hits the spot.

I call 3/11 around 6:40pm about asking store number for submit my receipt to get my points on my app. one of the team member hangup on me 3 time.

Visited this store for a quick refreshing tea. Asked the GM several times whether the peach jasmine tea contained syrups or added sugar and she very rudely repeated “it’s peach puree” every time I asked her to specify. Never once answering my question and speaking in a very condescending tone. I said one last time, “so is it just pureed peaches no syrups?”, to which she again replied with dramatic hand gestures “it’s peach puree”, so I decided to try it. Of course after her poor attitude she still asked for a tip. As soon as I took a sip of the drink it was obvious there was syrup or added sugar in the beverage. I checked the PDF nutrition menu and there are in fact 18g of added sugar in a 12oz tea. Disappointed in this store’s GM selection and her poor attitude and customer service as well as lack of knowledge about her store’s menu. $5 wasted and could have been detrimental for a diabetic person. Called the store on the road to let them know about the mishap and request a refund. They demanded we come back for a refund, refusing to resolve the issue over the phone. Disappointing first impression. Don’t forsee us coming back.

The ladies serving are rude and not welcoming. Also they closed the store 10 minutes before 8:30. It is really a disgrace of a branch. They didn't provide also a ticket.

This place is nice, with a decent variety of products to choose from. A nice thing about CBTL locations are their daily selection of both coffees AND teas (which are actually BREWED, as opposed to coming from a bag, box, bottle, or can). There are a couple of concerns though. Because of the uptick in "call-in" orders, service can at times can be SLOOOW, not something that one appreciates when they're ACTUALLY IN THE STORE waiting on their order. The other, long term hiccup. Iced lattes are my drink of choice, but because of the way they're made, the flavored, sugar based powders have no way of actually breaking down, and often leave "grainy sugar" in the bottom of the cup. Overall, it's still my preference over the "Seattle bunch" based on its availability and consistency.
