The ladies serving are rude and not welcoming. Also they closed the store 10 minutes before 8:30. It is really a disgrace of a branch. They didn't provide also a ticket.

This place is nice, with a decent variety of products to choose from. A nice thing about CBTL locations are their daily selection of both coffees AND teas (which are actually BREWED, as opposed to coming from a bag, box, bottle, or can). There are a couple of concerns though. Because of the uptick in "call-in" orders, service can at times can be SLOOOW, not something that one appreciates when they're ACTUALLY IN THE STORE waiting on their order. The other, long term hiccup. Iced lattes are my drink of choice, but because of the way they're made, the flavored, sugar based powders have no way of actually breaking down, and often leave "grainy sugar" in the bottom of the cup. Overall, it's still my preference over the "Seattle bunch" based on its availability and consistency.

11/3/24 2:45pm very rude service from team member, there was 3 employees a guy , melissa and the rude one girl with no name tag , my wife ask for napkins and she just threw them at her soo rude, even when I asked her something about the coffee she just answered with attitude. I think if you don’t like your job, look for something you enjoyed it.

I walked in on a Thursday morning and was made to feel rather uncomfortable and unwelcome. I smiled at the busy employees when I walked in and no one smiled, greeted me, or let me know that they’d help me shortly. I waited at the register for a bit as there was no line, I was totally ignored and decided I wouldn’t be spending my money here today.

Terrible customer service experience. If I am being completely honest, I don’t think I have ever been treated the way I was treated anywhere else. Makes me sad to see that there are similar reviews, experiences like mine.
Honestly it was from the start there was bad greeting. I worked a night shift my brain is barely waking up. I told the cashier to give me time to read. I felt rushed to order. Honestly I got the white chocolate latte tastes gross. I can taste the coffee but the flavor is off. I ordered some egg white green wrap tastes okay. I sit down to study literally wasted 30 mins to connect to the internet. I let someone in staff know but all they can say they are not in control and oh well. " Sorry "? That sorry wasted 30 mins plus I purchased food and a drink to be able to study. I'm not coming back to this place. I just hope they better there greeting and flavors. Honestly it's not the employees it starts from the top to bottom as in the owner to the worker obviously they are about business or quality.
