It’s my first visit to this Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf location in Redlands and I was pleasantly surprised on my entire experience.Parking: The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf set apart from the larger group of stores that parking should never be a problemKid-friendliness: The dining area is designed so that tables are spaced apart for acceptable privacy and plenty of room for a great family atmosphere. I wouldn’t think there to ever be an overwhelming number of children considering the Mai beverages are coffee and tea.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe people in wheelchairs and other walking devices would feel quite at ease.

I like coming here on my break. Vietnamese cold brew is my favorite. Jennifer is an exceptional manager and just makes her customers feel welcomed. And makes good drinks.Parking: Parking is fine. Just pulling in can be busy because of intersection.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible in front of store.

The whole milk latte came hot and tasty. The beans used tasted fresh and perfectly roasted. However, service is extremely lacking at this location. They have nice patio seating outside, cool and comfy furniture inside, but it doesn’t seem they want anybody actually enjoying the brews on location. When asked for a house mug instead of the bleached to-go cups, the person taking our order was actually curt in responding that they don’t have house mugs. We were seated within line of sight of all workers at the counter, but a little later when we asked for the bathroom code, we got a cold response that it’s for customers only. When asserted that I am a customer at a table inside, the person actually gave the incorrect code. We left. Not returning. Extremely cold and inattentive staff. There’s a huge sign at the door “sip back and enjoy”…yeah, right. More like, “sip on your way out and don’t let the door hit you”.

Give it a try. Nice and tidy. Good menu. Friendly staff. Good variety of coffee ☕ and teas.
Very clean and well managed shop. My drink was perfectly prepared by new trainee. The scones are delicious. This is a convenient location near the 10 fwy too. Coffee Bean is so much better on every level than Starbucks. They closed a bunch of locations during covid, but seem to be popping up again. Hope they have continued success and to see them all over town once again!

Love this location. The quality of their products is great, especially compared to the Mission Inn location in Riverside. I always enjoy the tropical passion iced tea.
I love coffee bean, if you like matcha you have to try their matcha latte it is simply amazing. Staff is always friendly. I like using their app for mobile pickup easy and convenient. They also have vegan snacks options that's always nice! If you've never been you're missing out!

Definitely my fav coffee shop in town! I've gone here for years and my order is never messed up. The parking can be tricky at peak hours because the plaza can be busy but other than that it's always a good experience
