Waited for 25 min to get a salad. Neither the app not the machine showed the salad. After I went home I noticed the salad was half empty!

The food looks and tastes great! Keep it up. The only thing maybe change the spot for the sodas. Or hire one person dedicated just for sodas and refills.

I came in for lunch today. I typically get a burger, but wanted to try a salad. The cashier recommended the BBQ Chicken Salad. OMG I'm glad she did. It was so good. I paired it with a side of chrispy green bean fries, which are thee best. Definitely will be trying thier other salads in the future.
Came in on a busy hour and was very impressed with how well the staff handled it. From the manager, to the kitchen staff. Friendly and very patient.Great job to all!!

Ordered a family a meal from here and then some homeless lady stole my food and they didn’t help with remaking my order or giving me a refund. Even had a picture of the lady carrying my food

I love the Habit. I always get the Santa Barbra burger. This time I had a side of green bean fries and they were ok. I think I'll stick to regular fries. Nothing wrong with the green bean fries, but I just guess it's not my thing. But the Santa Barbra burger is the best. I enjoy eating my lunch around the little waterfalls outside.

The food is tasty but pricey. The employees are trash though. I watched them yell at customers and act like bullies after the customer asked if there was a men's restroom. There is a woman's and a family restroom. The employee was in the family restroom taking her break and on her phone. I witnessed the event that lead to the dispute and the employees out right lied to the manager which lead to the manager kicking customers out. I understand the are low wage fast food workers but they should behave better

The cashier girl name Elizabeth (work in night shift of Sunday December 17, 2023) was super rude and racist to Asian and colored customers: No greeting, unhappy and uncomfortable face/behavior, refused to serve/take orders, giving us a dirty look. What happened to you, Elizabeth? Why did you treat Asian and colored customers too rude?
