Only giving a 2 star because it started off mediocre. Burger was good however there was no oxtail on burger, you would have thought you were eating a regular burger. Also the inside wasn't up to par as far as cleaning so caution because that's probably why we feel really sick an hour after eating burger. INSTAGRAM DEFINITELY OVER HYPED. I should have came to yelp before going.

My husband and I came for dinner close to closing perhaps. We both ordered the jerk chicken which had good flavor. The vegetables were not note worthy. Over cooked with no color. The food was served lukewarm and we seemed to have to wait quite a while despite the food already being prepared and in warming dishes. Seemed like some of the workers were just standing around as we waited for our drinks and they forgot to give us our sauces & Jamaican Patty. The customer service could use some training & improvement. While we were waiting for our food some workers were on there phone and lacked overall energy & professionalism. For the prices charged I'm not sure I'd return, but we do need this type of food variety in the area.

Festivals! Plantains! And jerk Chicken! You won't regret it. I miss the days when the jerk grill used to come up to the brewery in Lake Arrowhead the staff are always so helpful and have the best energy. Great people, great food.

My first time at the jerk grill. I was recommended to me to try. I got a oxtail dinner. ?♀️THE OXTAIL WAS SO UN COOK AND TUFF I COULD NOT BITE IN IT. I HAD TO THROW IT OUT!! 29.99 a big waste. Got a vegan plate. Was ok. My only thing was the burnt cauliflower. LISTEN JERY GRILL TASTE YOUR FOOD BEFORE SERVING PLEASE. YOUR COOKING FOR HUMANS NOT DOGS. And some dogs u cant give that too.

Please don't waste your money. $29 for three oxtails that were tough to eat and the brown stew chicken was cut up chicken without the bones. We drove from Rancho Cucamonga to try this spot after church. I do not recommend this nasty place. The beef patties are just horrible. I've never seen Jamaican vegetables with tomatoes in them.???

I had the oxtail bowl, my daughters had the jerk chicken, and we also had the chicken patty because they ran out of beef. The rice was bland and had no taste. The oxtail was hard and bland. The patty was burned and not flaky.

The Jerk is a great spot if you're craving something different! The meat was super tasty as well as the sides. We got the jerk chicken and steak, which both had a really unique flavor that me and my boyfriend had never had before. Everything about the meal was delicious, even the lemonade we ordered! Our only complaint would be the lack of seating- either be prepared to wait for a seat or take your food to go. Other than that it was awesome.

I bought 2 meal combos and was served a rice bowl and a meal combo . I also ordered curry chicken and they gave me some type of chicken I didn’t order. And on top of that when I brought it up they gon say we already gave you an extra curry.! Like no I paid for that, y’all messed up and gave me the wrong meat. Which they coulda kept. And then said you should’ve brought it up sooner. Like baby, just give me what I paid for….. like be fr. I recommend eating at the wing man that’s located in the same store front.

My brother brought home this bottle of jerk sauce from this spot he told me about in Redlands. The two of us are sauce connoisseurs, I appreciate those who pay attention to there sauce recipe, so I had to check out the spot. I ordered the 'Oxtail double smash burger" holly smoke this burger was on point, greasy & messy, dripping with flavor.On the side we had some mac & chez that was low key kinda weak. The corn bread was different but in a good way. If your the type of person who goes for the corner piece of the cornbread tray with that little extra crunch texture, this is your cornbread.The employees seem happy & welcoming, thank you everyone.@brytrue_tattoo
