Waiter was a young man, very attentive and polite, but not overwhelming. The food was good. It was a little too cooled down for my liking, but it was still delicious. The rest of the staff was also quick to me seated. Now, this was during the week and lunchtime, so I am uncertain if that played any part into the service, but either way, I would eat here again.

At first I thought it was unnecessarily expensive, but the food is SO worth it. I absolutely LOVE spaghetti, I make it at home, and I haven't found one that's better than mine. However, I got a simple meat sauce spaghetti, and it was the BEST spaghetti I've EVER had. 100% worth the price. The atmosphere is amazing, it feels classy but casual at the same time. Awesome service, servers and hosts are very kind and took amazing care of us.Kid-friendliness: We sat in a trolley booth! It was so cute, I would have LOVED that as a kid!

Update: Came in last Friday (3/29/24) for lunch. The clam chowder was amazing! Not as thick as I am used to but so flavorful. My meatballs were dry and flavorless, they almost tasted microwaved. The Italian sausage was good but the quality of the pasta sauce and meatballs are not the same as the first time I visited. Because I had a great experience the first time I would give it another chance in hopes that this was just an off day. Hoping to be able to give them 5 stars again in the future.Delicious food and beautiful restaurant.

Even when they are slammed and short staff they accommodate the most high maintenance customers! I observed a lady at the next table over that redefines high maintenance ...The waitress bent over backwards to appease her. This waitresses never told this lady, " no" and would refer to her as "my family" she did that for every table actually. It was like having your sister wait on you trying to make sure everything was perfect. Their food is great here - fresh salad with homemade creamy pesto dressing, warm sour dough bread straight from the oven, plus your entree of choice finishing the meal with ice cream . It's a great value and tastes wonderful...The icing on the cake is the service staff!
Love the soft velvet couches in the waiting area. There was a 5 minute wait. It was around 2:30 on a Saturday. The server was happy and helpful. The dinner salad was a good size with fresh croutons. I like the pesto ranch dressing. The chicken picatta was moist and savory. I really liked the Mizrithra cheese and brown butter sauce. Freshly baked sour dough bread with real creamed butter. ?? I would definitely recommend and go back. Wanna try their shakes.

We had a large party. Only one waitress. Everyone got dinner but me. I had a salad that was delivered when most everyone was done. So no dinner for me! Drinks were begged for. The waitress tried but couldn't keep up. Shame on management for this cluster.

If you know about Old Spaghetti Factory's decor, you won't be disappointed at the Redlands location. Very classic with brick everywhere. Our server was amazing! Very attentive and listened to our questions and gave good advice for selections. I personally love their bread, but I'm a sourdough person. There were 4 people in our party and each of us enjoyed our dinner. From adult sized Mac n cheese to a pasta free dish, it was all delicious. Still comes with a free scoop of spumoni ice cream! If you haven't been to an OSF lately, I highly recommend the one in Redlands. Prices are still pretty decent although nothing like they used to be back in the day. Enjoy.
