Tom's Smokin' Hot BBQ Pitstop

After having gotten the privilege to try this amazing food during a 50th birthday party several years ago at my then boyfriend's family home, we just recently got to have the opportunity again during our wedding celebration! The catering was so immaculate YEARS ago that we had it on our minds first thing when we were planning our event. There was no question who we would reach out to and whose food we'd want to enjoy again!
We ordered tri-tip, brisket, corn casserole and mac and cheese and I'd have to say that the only regret we have is not having tried everything on the menu. This might have to be something to keep in mind for the next event we will be reaching out for.
Seriously, if you want amazing quality food that tastes so good your guests will be raving about it for weeks, here you go.
We were kept updated on everything throughout the whole planning and drop off was a breeze as well. The quality of the food served was amazing and the flavor impeccable.

Tom catered our wedding 5 years ago. Our guests were all raving about the food and going back for seconds and thirds. His portions were so generous we had a ton of leftover food. The pulled pork was absolutely heavenly! Very professional and he pulled up smoking the meat still which made my venue smell divine! Would absolutely hire him again for a party and have recommended him several times.

If you’re looking for someone to cater your event, LOOK NO FURTHER! You have found it! Tom’s food is absolutely amazing! He catered my Baby Shower and all the guests loved the food and tons were asking for his info even after the event! You can tell he cooks with passion when you taste his food. Everything was cooked to perfection. The crowd favorites were his Texas Brisket, Corn Casserole, and Hatch Mac and Cheese! We loved the pineapple slaw, BBQ beans, pulled pork and pulled chicken as well!!! Also bought some of his handcrafted BBQ sauce as well because they are ? delicious! My guests went it for seconds and even thirds because Tom’s food is just too good! I’d give him 10 stars if I could!

Husband’s 60th Birthday Party

Well, you definitely hit my sweet spot with those pudding’s. Everyone that walked by I shoved a spoon in their mouth, they were amazed who creamy it was.
The pulled pork was seasoned to perfection.
The hatch mac & cheese was loved by many. Omg the corn casserole,I heard plenty a raves.
The tri-tip was absolutely loved and smoked perfectly. I was just getting so many comments from different people so in my thank you notes to our guest ,I also put your webpage.

All the meat is tender and melty, plus their BBQ sauce has a hint of sweet pineapple that cuts perfectly with their savory portions.Don't sleep on the brisket chili.I will definitely look for them again any time I'm craving good and affordable BBQ in Redlands.

First time to enjoy this perfect bbq meal . No words to describe how delicious everything was . Most restaurants these days don't put to much love in into their food, Tom puts all the love into his recipes. My kids loved it as well . Will definitely be following and highly recommend. Truly satisfying all the way around. Great portions, great flavor, cooked to perfection. Thank you, if I can give you more than five stars I would .

Stopped by their popup during a menu tasting, it was great! Loved their pulled chicken and prime tri-tip… I would love to see them with a weekly appearance somewhere around Redlands!

I heard about this place when someone showed up with platters of beautiful meats and sides at an event I attended. I should have taken some pictures of my food (sorry) but I ate it and forgot about the real world for a while :-).Seriously tender meats, amazing sweet cornbread casserole, solid mac n cheese, tasty BBQ sauce to top it all off with!!

I've been to several off the pops up in the area. food is great. mac n cheese to die for all the cheesy goodness you could ask for with a slight smokiness to it. service is always quick. he works with his children which is always awesome to see a family own business. Tom, the owner, pit master is a great guy and have had several conversations with him about his bbq and he is very knowledgeable also pulled pork sandwich and rowdy fries are amazing
