My wife and I went and it was very bad experience I was not feeling well and my wife got angry at the water who told us that the food will get ready in 15 min and the took 2 hours my wife told them to call the manager and thay said get the f out I wanted to bet there a** but I didn't please don't go.

Service is terrible....and always running out of soft drinks, food items and basics.
Love going to raiders room, but service sucks, order food or drinks by the beginning of first quarter and just hope to get it by half time. Service has been like this, for years.

I visited this place for a birthday party here at splash kingdom, the very nice thing about it was that I did not have to pay for parking because I was attending the party. There are numerous trampolines and various types of games for people of all ages to play. My cousin paid for tokens and distributed them to the children and those adults too who wanted to have some fun. I will definitely say that the pizza was very tasty and the boneless chicken wings were great. I would definitely recommend this place for all of those who like getting together for outings inside out of the elements.

I hope good customer service is in their future plans. Also technical problems with the sound system. Hard to enjoy a game when you don't get your food or not able to hear the game.

Waited an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza only for it to be the wrong one. Waited another 1/2 hr only to have to go find my own pizza because they never brought it down to me. Waited 40 minutes for another picture of beer. Splash kingdom is seriously under staffed for the size of establishment they operate. Not recommend to visit upper deck.
