Not good. The tacos meat was all cold. Ask them to please make it fresh for me and they said that it’s how it comes. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!

Verve has amazing food! I found out about this place from an Instagram food blog and took my girlfriend here. Ever since, we've been obsessed--driving from Moreno Valley whenever we need our fix. It's surprising how relatively low-key this place is and I hope the best for them so they can eventually branch out or get a stand alone restaurant. Be aware: this place is a secret kitchen which lays within another restaurant (a poki place--apologies for forgetting the name) so I would recommend giving a look at their menu online first. Then calling or ordering via a delivery service if that's available. If you decide to do curbside pickup, call before you arrive perhaps a minute before as their employee will meet you outside. Unfortunately, the location is on a main street in redlands with spotty parking spots so it can be a little dodgy with traffic lol. The food is worth it though! Great salsas and guacamole, I recommend their Al Pastor Burrito!

First of all, Ethan.... you gave me 2 sad tacos with a little bit of meat. Thought this place was going to be good since the reviews are all nice but NO! Never eating here again and really really wish i could get a refund. Sad "Mexican" food. Don't waste your time.

Okay, so this is kind of a mixed review. I couldn't decide between 3 stars and 4 stars. PROS- the tacos are tasty and I LOVE the handmade tortillas. The tortillas were really good and the meat was tender. The Al Pastor was not greasy at all, and the citrus grilled chicken was flavorful CONS- 2 of the 4 tacos I ordered were super tiny. The citrus chicken tacos were both super small and each had a total of 4 little pieces of chicken in them. I ordered when it was BOGO tacos, but I'm not sure if I would order them at regular price because of how small they are :/ I also had actually ordered 6 tacos, but my order came out to 4 by mistake. They also didn't come with any salsa, and I didn't get asked if I wanted any when I picked them up The employee that I was talking to was super helpful when I could not find the location for the life of me. (You have to pick up your order from inside the Poke place off Orange st). I was looking for a location with the name "Verve Taco" so I wasted 30 minutes and my tacos were cold when I finally picked them up from the poke place :( I might give this place another try, but probably not at full price for the tacos if they're this size

I see the potential with the food here. However, order was incorrect. The wait was more than twice as long as I was told. It looks like I'm not the only one experiencing service related issues. I hope this place can get their act together. Even though the rice was under done, the tacos were amazing! I'd probably give it another try in the future.

So yummy! The tacos were way different than I’ve ever had. The meat was so tender and flavorful. The corn tortillas were authentically hand made, so soft but crunchy. Love the place. Hope to visit again real soon.

The food was delicious and service was super quick! They were doing curbside pickup since it's COVID. This meant you have to park and then walk to the front of LemonShark Poke and wait outside for them to bring it out, but its a short walk and they were out with our food within seconds of calling. Can't wait to order from here again!

Ordering through the phone was AWESOME! She offered every side item by item and repeated the order to make sure she didn't miss anything. Food took longer than they had said, but none the less, was still delicious! The street corn and tostada bowl were GREAT! Thank you Verve Taco for a delicious Dinner!

The salsa was delicious I love a flavorful salsa that’s not to spicy to compliment the taco but it’s kinda sad when all you taste is the flavor of salsa I had the street tacos al pastor and I didn’t get much flavor out of the meat and I’m not sure if they serve it this way but everything was super cold as if it was thrown In the fridge for 30 min I would say it was on the bland side of flavor:/
The ordering process was very smooth and intuitive through DoorDash. Also note that they are closed on Mondays. Their menu is straight-forward. When we received our delivered order, the bag was stapled shut. This is a nice feature for ensuring that our food was safe. Each item was packaged separately and arrived hot. Also a nice touch was a few samples of items we didn't order - just enough to taste.The taquitos, 3 in each order, had a nice heat and tang. They are covered with enchilada sauce, crema and cheese. Unfortunately for delivery, this made them loose their crunch. If these were serviced table side, they could be a great appetizer.The Street Tacos overall were good. The ordering process was simple: type of protein and type of salsa. We tried ordering without cilantro - that failed. The meats were flavorful: the Citrus Grilled Chicken really had a light citrus flavor. The chicken was moist, unfortunately being delivered the soft taco shells fell apart. The Carne Asada had a rich, full meat flavor, and the Al Pastor had a good grill flavor and was savory. Be aware that the Chipotle Salsa was very flavorful and not overly hot, tends to overpower the meat flavors.The burrito was quite good. The tortilla was thin, yet held together. There was a good mix of meat, rice and beans. The pork cochinitas was savory and rich. But the adobo flavor was a bit salty. In total, flavors mixed well with the Spanish rice and black beans.I wouldn't bother with the corn. It didn't hold up on the delivery process and the too much season salt.Otherwise, this will definitely be on our Mexican food rotation list.

Wow!!! My philosophy behind a good taco starts with a good homemade tortilla. These guys nailed it!! Best tacos I've tasted in a very long time. The meat is delicious and tender and they're using authentic Mexican spices. My daughter treated us to Verve Taco yesterday for delivery, we were so impressed, we had to have it again today. We tried the taquitos, the taco trio, and a corn on the cob. We also ordered the cucumber pineapple agua fresca but are saving it for later to have as an adult drink. Verve tacos will definitely be our go-to place for great Mexican food!! Glad we found you! Ray and Laura

We have had their food twice now and both times it was outstanding. We are very very picky about our Mexican food! The flavors are bold and delicious. We have not experienced any service issues as those stated in other reviews. Sounds like they need someone else to work the closing shift as every complaint revolves around those times. The canned responses to the bad reviews leave a lot to be desired. But based on the flavors of everything we've had and no service issues we will definitely be back soon!!!

I made an order online for pick up 30 minutes before they closed, on arrival (15 minutes before they close) I called and the worker angrily told me he was already cleaning up. I told him I had already ordered online and he was very upset. I asked where the storefront was and he told me there is none and he would bring the food to my car. I explained very specifically where my car was, offered my telephone number but he said “nah I’m good, I’ll bring it to your car”. I again offered to pick up the food whenever the food is ready and he replied “nah I’m good”. Fast forward, it is 45 minutes past closing time (an hour since my telephone call), I have already paid for the food, have called 10 times, no answer, and nobody has brought me food.
