Wendy’s is the only place my 7-year-old will eat and I am not kidding you when I tell you this location is constantly out of ranch.

Cashier today heavy set women only one with black shirt didn't get the name was rude missed a burger on my order didn't even apologize and gave me a used bag to put my burger in everyone else was friendly accept her bad customer service if your tired stay home rest up and get ready for the next day. Bad Experience.

Went to try the new Tenders the food was good but while paying at the drive thru the girl at the window handed my Gf her change and basically said sorry we don't have any coins best I can do is give you a quarter. When asked how much we were owed she didn't even know had to look at several receipts and ask for help she came back and said it was 23 cents she was short on what she owed us in change. The amount is irrelevant so my gf said just give me another quarter so she could give her two pennies then she stated oh that's out last quarter we have no coins and haven't had any in like a week. In my mind if they do this to everyone customer they are basically stealing. The food wasn't ready so we waited and when the girl came out she said oh we went into the safe and here's your 23 cents. She had a poor attitude and it all seemed weird like they do this all the time and most people probably don't care but only cause my Gf told her she's in the wrong they then all of a sudden had change

I don't like doing this but you forced me. Nice helpful staff, clean after the lunch hour. FOOD, in this case dbl bacon cheeseburger, sucks, you guys always have the worst toppings. Pickles have sat for who knows how long to make them just watery slime, as usual. A little ity bity shave of an onion also no taste, there's not enough of it there to bite or taste, nice work treating your onions like gold. Chili was half sauce not enough beans or meat & then the crackers I asked for are so stale they don't even crunch & were thrown out. I run into this issue every time I visit any Wendy's in regards to burger toppings. This comment is to remind myself, to drive to a better restaurant & not breakdown for the chili I've eaten since a kid. It's been a long slow ride to the bottom Wendy's Corp. profit over customers satisfaction & your mini burgers👍.

How hard is your job? I told these people THREE TIMES that we cannot have anything on the damn burger (because of allergies) but of course they carelessly messed it up as usual. We ordered a SINGLE burger!!!! And the burger came with literally everything on it, so they literally made no attempt to take the order seriously.
We won't be coming back. It's no wonder why y'all get near minimum wage. You can't do anything right and you have no concern for the customer. Mistakes happen but this can't be a mistake. If I ordered for a family of 5 and there's an issue, sure it happens. But to get the entire order wrong (100% failure rate) for a single combo meal...that's just unreal incompetence and laziness.

$37.00 for a baconator and a 10 piece chicken nugget combos and 1 frosty ...the sodas were supposed to be coke and you couldn't tell what it was it tasted more like lemon than anything but was horrible, forgot my frosty do I went inside to get it , I paid for a large the guy behind the counter filled it up 75% of the way said have a good day and walked off ... WON'T BE RETURNING

This restaurant is always clean; I like that. Very cold though, but I guess it helps in the heat. The staff is mostly very friendly too. Mobile ordering can take a while though so be ready to wait, but the food is worth the wait. 5/5 would come again.

I have been coming here for a long time. I ordered a Daves single burger combo. The burger came with a tomato sllce the size of a quarter, one piece of leaf lettuce and the burger was hard and chewey. I looked at burger and it was very dark brown on one side and light on the other. For a total of almost $13 for this meal I feel like I wad cheated badly. If this is how you make your signature burger I am sorry yo say you are a failing restaurant . I won’t be eating there anymore. Atrocious.
