Another bad experience at this Wendy’sI ordered B’fast Burrito combo at the drive thru. I pay then they ask me to move to the front of the store cause it’s gonna be 2 minutes for the wedges. There are no cars behind me. I said it’s okay I don’t want to wait for wedges can I have my money back thanks. Again the female manager refuses to get my refund and slams the sliding window and say no refunds???? This white female mid to late 40s has a serious attitude problem. Why he’ll put this angry problematic woman as a lead or supervisor. Sad thing they want $20 an hour but can’t even give you a refund. Beware of this idiot on the drive thru. Screw Wendy’s!!!

First time trying breakfast burrito order was asked to park by front door because the potatoes weren't ready. Waited a long time food was delivered but the 3 meals none was hot. They weren't even warm. My opion the burrito needs more egg but it was great. I don't care for the sauce it comes with.

Do NOT come here and order lunch during breakfast hours! The employees will come up with any excuse to not serve you a hamburger during breakfast hours. I showed up 10am asked for a Baconator combo & the employee said they are out of bacon & any type of burger. This has happened multiple times & I am now convinced that they try their best to not serve burgers during breakfast

Indifferent staff, but food was done quickly and mostly ok. My chicken sandwich patty was dry, dry, dry. It was seasoned well and the rest of the food was good. Nuggets, fries, baked potato all adequate.
Very clean and the workers r super nice will be eating there again.

We stopped here on our way up to Big Bear and the staff were maybe some of the most polite and friendly people we have ever met! It wasn’t just one but several employees made sure to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. 10/10

This is an ok place to grab a quick bite. The food used to be really good, but it has declined over the years. While the prices go up, the patties have really shrunk.
Hair in my chicken wrap!!!!!Rude service no matter how hard I tried to be friendly. Felt truly rushed at the drive thru. Terrible experience from what was one of my favorite Wendy’s. This was horrible. I tried calling several times but of course no answer. These employees get paid or will be paid more than most people in harder jobs. Better service if you want repetitive business. Sad and hope for change.

Rude people serving. Don't give receipts. I asked for extra sour cream for my nacho salad. He tells me as he's charging my card that they are completely out of sour cream and then asks if that is ok.

The cashiers and other employees are super sweet and very attentive. Had a very rude customer ahead of me that claimed they weren't given everything they ordered of course they said the cashier at the window didn't give them a receipt, but the manager was very understanding and curtious to the customer and assisted them and gave them everything they said was missing. They apologized for having me wait so long, but I totally understood. I go to this Wendy's all the time.
