I went on Monday , October 13, 2025. To this Wienerschnitzel, 1961 W. Redlands Blvd Redlands Calif 92373. I was in shock. The cook that makes hot dogs was touching hot buns with his bare hands. No doubt the cook was also touching hot dog meat with his bare hands. I asked the cashier a female Hispanic adult if the cooks wear gloves when they touch food. Her response was ," No"! Than she asked if there was a law. I stated ," Yes". This is the Food and Drug Administration Code: Known as : F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D. This Wienerschnitzel has been allowing all their cooks to touch food with their bare hands. When they are required to wear clean , brand new plastic gloves when touching food. Or use clean sanitized tongs, or a sanitized laddle or clean sanitized spatula. We tried writing up this Wienerschnitzel on Yelp and Yelp removed this blog or review. Plus on this Yelp page there is another high rating for healthy. It is not healthy when a cook is touching food with their bare hands. Example : The employees of Subway , wash their hands. Than dry their hands with clean paper towels. Than place on clean and brand new plastic gloves. These clean gloves only touch that food item being prepared for a paying customer. To touch anything else is , cross contamination. We posted a review with the Food and Drug Administration in Irvine. That this Wienerschnitzel is violating the , F.D.A. Code: 3-301.11.D. This is the third sentence and third paragragh. This practice of touching food with out clean plastic gloves is un-sanitary.

One day a few months ago I desperately needed WIFI. This Wienerschnitzel had a working connection that allowed me to accept an important business call.
The food I ordered afterwards was also fantastic, including the service by the kind staff.
I recommend this Wienerschnitzel - it's a great location/restaurant.

What's not to love about Wienerschnitzel? I just wish we had one where we live in Missouri.
