I go here all of the time. it gets pretty busy but the team is really good about updating me on my wait time and my food always comes out fresh and saucy just how i like it. The manager Irene always goes above and beyond, when my toddler was fussy i had to take him to my car: she brought my order out to me and included a free drink. will keep coming back, you have my loyalty!!

I was today afternoon and placed my order with the cashier in person, i was alone in the restaurant at that moment, after pay and received my receip and waiting more than 15 minutes a asked the person inside about my order and she told me my order is in wait, that they were attending big orders made by phone.. and my meal of six pieces will take more than 15 minutes in the fryer because is classic wings that get more time + adding 5 or 10 minutes on the waiting list, we were assuming that will wait close to 45 minutes in total, for an orden in a fast food restaurant, It is too much. I asked for the manager and she was the manager the name IRENE, who rude told me will give me my money back... never go there !! They don't tell you that it would take around 45 minutes or more for your single meal of order in the local store. And are not friendly with the customers in the restaurant .. Bad experience !!!

Placed a phone order. Guy never mentioned that they were not taking cash at the moment. Got to wing stop and when he was ringing us up he said no cash. After letting him know that we would have appreciated a heads up before ordering and wasting our time to drive down he was very rude and shook his shoulders. This place always has very poor costumer service not the first time I have had an unpleasant experience.
