Literally have a handful of people waiting angrily for over an hour for their orders. This place sucks with service. It's faster to drive to the Yucaipa store than wait here. Hell, you could even go Stater Bros. across the street, buy wings and sauce and make it at home for less money and time!I give the atmosphere a 1 because the angry, disappointed customers and lifeless staff make this placedismal.

I placed an order on the app for carry out when i meant to place it for delivery I called the Wingstop the gentleman working there told me there’s nothing he can do about it except take a picture of the receipt and the manager might come in the next morning in and might refund my money so the next morning I called they told me basically the same thing so I asked the lady I was speaking with if they can just make me the food and we don’t have to worry about the refund and call it a day The lady on the phone told me that is fine so I drove from Redlands to Mentone to be met with a 15 minute wait then to be met with the manager telling me that she already refunded the money and they will not be giving me any food. She offered me a smaller portion of food then was purchased in compensation my wait time, but I declined because I was not interested in waiting longer when I was leaving the worker that was making the food said, did we make all this food for nothing now I’m assuming they threw out the order that she was making for me but the manager did not want to give me the refund and the food which I can understand but why would you waste food? Terrible service people behind the counter are not trained properly..

This wingstop has the best quality and service out of any I've visited. Food was hot wings crispy on the outside juicy in the middle. Corn is an absolute must to have when ordering.

When the app tells you your food is ready, you have a expectation that it is ready. I don’t think you should be waiting longer then a half a hour to receive your order. Hope they can fix that in the future.
