I had the pistachio and it was wonderful. The only downfall is that there was only one person working and they were really busy

Delicious flavors but very busy and very expensive

Went on Sunday. The topping bar was a mess. They no longer give sample cups. I used to work at a frozen yogurt place so I understand people can abuse the sample cups but I haven’t been to Yogurtland in a while and wanted to try some of the new flavors...I’m assuming they’re understaffed because of how messy it was - especially the topping bar. I don’t come to this location often but whenever I do it’s always very very messy. Not having any sample cups was unfortunately the last straw for me to go elsewhere 💔

Wanted a frozen vanilla yogurt hot fudge Sunday. And Yogurt land was the perfect place.

My mother is currently at Yogurtland right now. It is 9:30 PM. They had to go back inside because they called me asking why they were charged so much. I’ve always known that Yoland is pretty expensive, which is why I do not go my mother and my aunt love it though, which is why they went. So my mother gets a certain amount and is charged $10 and she was confused because it was not a lot of yogurt she pays it and goes. My aunt gets 2 cups that are not that full either and it is $30! That is absolutely insane so I told them that the scales were probably wrong and they probably did not have them at zero. so they went back inside and spoke to someone and The scale was not at zero the one that they were charged at was at four point something. My aunt went to test it out and had the other girl way out her yogurt and it was a lot cheaper than what they paid about 10 minutes earlier so if you do happen to go to this Yogurtland please look at the scale and ask them how much it is an ounce do your mouth if you have to because Chances are, that the people behind the counter are not paying attention to the scale.

10% more expensive if you sit and eat it there. I asked if it applies the same % for eating outside and the cashier replied yes it is, crazy.

Absolutely ridiculous place. Their strawberry tasted horrible so I went back to return and grab a new cup without strawberry. Staff was super rude and dismissive. They wanted me to pay for the replacement cup which is absurd. What happened to this once great place. A disgrace. Last time I set my foot into this filthy establishment. Zero stars!

Yogurtland at Mountain Grove is in a fantastic location—right in the heart of a fun shopping and dining area. It's perfect for grabbing a quick frozen yogurt while you're out and about. One of my favorite things about this spot is the outdoor seating. On a nice day (which is often!), it’s really relaxing to sit outside and enjoy your yogurt in the sunshine. The self-serve options are always fresh, and there’s a good variety of toppings. Service is usually friendly, though it can get a little busy in the evenings. Overall, a great place to chill and enjoy the weather with a sweet treat!

THE WORST YOGURTLAND in Inland Empire. Went here sunday April 13, 2025. The Manager approached and ACCUSED me of stealing and filling the cups without paying. I asked her to show me the footage but she didn’t have proof instead just accused me of stealing. Avoid this place at all cost. This place didn’t provide receipts . So shady and just scamming customers. Beware folks.

I just got back from church, and looking for some yogurt for some refresher.. this is my first time being here, and i didnt know about the rules about the syrups on the counter are not included. So after i made a payment, i added like a drop of the chocolate syrup (literally just a drop of it) and she stopped me and told me its not included. So i say im sorry and she said thats okay. After a few minutes of enjoying our time with my friends, she accused one of my friend for getting a refill and unpolitely came to our table and pointed him for stealing some of their yogurt. And after she realizing that it was her mistake.. she came to me and started to blame me about the Chocolate syrup that i accidentally add to my bowl.. I asked her to charge me if that was a problem but she just didnt know how to communicate to the customer very well and im feeling embarrassed with my friends about what just happened.. She said she was the manager but clearly she doesn’t act like a manager AT ALL!! This location needs a new staff/manager for better customer satisfaction.

On 12/26/24, I entered the Yogurtland location and noticed there were no prices listed anywhere, you could not put your own toppings on yogurt, and the staff wasn't professional. When I went to pay for my 1 individual yogurt, it cost almost $14. I asked about why it was so expensive, and the two cashiers just giggled and repeated the amount I owed. They never provided an explanation, and you can tell they are used to getting questions about the high cost of the yogurt. I went ahead and paid the price since I was already there and had poured the yogurt.

The next day, I called the location and asked to speak with the manager. Since that person wasn't there, I told the employee over the phone about my confusion over the price. And, she let me know they are aware of their high prices. She then said she assumes part of the reason for the high prices is due to the fact they have outdoor seating and they are in a large outdoor mall. I told her I had been to many Yogurtland locations with outdoor seating and located within a large mall. So, that didn't make sense and also sounded suspicious. I then let her know I felt the prices were suspiciously high and it wasn't fair to customers. She said thanks, we hear this a lot. If this is regular feedback, why aren't they changing it? Families that do not earn a lot come to this location thinking the pricing is fair, and it isn't.

There are many other reviews that complain about the same things, particularly the high prices. So, why aren't they changing this? I understand they have costs to cover, but it seems unfair and not right. Yogurtland corporate needs to step in and do something about this! This location also needs to train their staff to be more professional and have stronger communication skills.

They’re really expensive. I always end up paying almost double here than other locations. You can’t sample and you can’t put your own toppings. They usually pack the topping’s which makes them heavier even when you say you want a little.
If majority of people are complaining about the same things why not fix the issues?
