Way overpriced (@ $0.83 per ounce)! We went to yogurtland after 1 year and my daughter just got a cup of toppings and my son got yogurt with toppings in the smallest cup, and the 2 cups came out to 25 dollars!Definitely not worth it and what a rip off just for the toppings. We brought it up to the lady worker (possibly owner) and she just used the standard postCovid excuse of "price of everything is going up" (yes we know...but $25 for 2 cups of yogurt is extreme)

the toppings are HUGE and they don't let you get them yourself. If you ask for a SMALL/TINY bit of any toppings they will give you a HUGE scoop. The girl that was working the toppings yesterday afternoon purposely gave more toppings to anyone that had less yogurt in their cup to increase the price of your order.I asked her for two pieces of strawberry and she gave me three huge scoops that had several pieces more than what I wanted, but she didn't do the same for my friend who had more yogurt in his cup.

They don't provide tasters, and they don't let you add your own toppings. If you ask for a topping, they give you a huge scoop so they can charge more money and gave my kids way more candy than they would ever have selected themselves. They even gave my daughter the wrong scoop and then asked if it was ok.

Sadly no more Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Swirl and it's still being advertised on Facebook. I was at the one in Redlands at Mountain Grove and sadly I spent almost $50 on frozen yogurt for me and my family and they had the new flavor White Chocolate Peppermint and it was okay. I wound up getting Cinnamon Roll but I really wanted Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Swirl and they didn't offer it at all.

The person that helped us was very unfriendly. No samples available, it would be nice to sample a new flavor instead of buying it and figuring out that you don’t like it. Dumb??

Not happy. No samples and I couldn't do my own toppings . I will not be back. Yuciapa's Yogurtland will still get my business. He is doing a good Job over there.

Had my Birthday Party here! I could tell everybody loved the frozen yogurt, and enjoyed my party! Thanks to Yogurtland, my party was better than it ever had been before.

No samples and can't serve your own toppings. No napkins were available. Had to ask for them. Would not go back to this location again

Don’t expect any level of customer service at this location. Or decent yogurt even. We came in and the machines were set to thaw so the yogurt was almost liquid. Also they don’t let you have samples so make sure you know what you want before hand.

I had an issue on Friday, September 22, 2023. I went in to the store to use my birthday rewards ($5). I approached the counter/register with my cup of yogurt. She scanned my number. The young girl asked if I wanted to use my birthday reward? I said “Yes please.” I could see the total, my rewards was not deducted. I asked her what the total was, she said “$2.29.” I thought OK maybe the total with the rewards can only be seen on her end. Well, later that night I checked my bank and noticed in my transaction history she did indeed charge me the full amount! It was too late to call. I called the store directly the next day to explain their error. The young girl told me her manager was not there and should be in at 4pm to return my complaint. The young girl took my name and wasn’t even going to ask for my number. I suggested she take my number as well for the call return. The next day came and the manager had not returned my call! So, I called again. The young girl answered again. This time I got her name. Her name was AMA. She assured me the manager would call me back later that day that she wasn’t in at the moment again. She also said that they ever know when she comes, she stops by whenever. Monday came and still no return call. I called a 3rd time. Ama explained the manager told her to give me this “complaint email address” So that means the manager refused to reach out to me directly, a customer with an issue from their store! Ama also refused to give me the manager’s name to put it in this complaint. This occurred at the Redlands, Ca store. Address: Mountain Grove 27511 San Bernardino Ave #120 Redlands, Ca 92374My rewards should of been applied as directed. I should not had to have paid the full price for my birthday yogurt! I do not understand why the manager refused to help. I’m beside myself, for this is not good business. These young people who train here should learn better customer service as well as the management!

I love Yogurtland and one of the reasons why is sampling the different flavors. This location discontinued sampling during the pandemic, but never brought it back and now says it's for our "safety," which is a bit hard to believe. If it's financial, just say so. Speaking of which, prices are very high, and they do not let you dish your own toppings, which means the staff can put on as much as they want, running the price higher. No complaints with the staff, who are just doing their job, but the unique policies of this location make it worth skipping for me.

Some good frozen yougurt wish they would go back to letting you grab your won toppings.

I don't go here often, but my last experience was mediocre at best. No more sampling. If you have indecisive little kids, you know how much of a pain that is. You do not get to add your own toppings. Finally, I had the cupcake batter flavor and it was full of ice chunks.Other local locations don't exhibit these same problems.

W 12owFirst off I hope this business isn't paying YELP money for this ad!!! Because I can't even see what I'm typing out, uthe Yelp app is full of glitches. And I would of left a higher review than I did but I was blown away with what a cup of yogurt now costs. (See picture) I haven't been to yogurt land since before The "Plandemic" when I believe it was .39/ounce. Yes they had plenty of choices and topping and the place is tidy and clean but $12 bucks for a halfway filled cup. Sorry I'll stick with store bought ice cream at $5 bucks for half gallon tubs.

Came by for a cold treat since we finished doing our errands for the day.I picked the strawberry and cheese cake flavors, two of my favorite flavors with strawberry and mango pops, and mochi. You get to pick the yogurt, but their employees put the toppings.Place was clean and cool so we decided to stay indoors to enjoy our yogurt.
