I order on uber eat they didnt have the option to get more beef juice and i called them to see if its possible to give me 2 on the side and the girl was so kind and fixed my order .. got my order as i requested this has always been my place to go for 6 years now .. I recommend this place all the employees are nice here ..

I really wanted to give this 5 stars... but the portion of beef was about half of what it used to be. I would have given it 3 stars but the flavour is still great and the new Tokyo Fried Chicken is really good.Step up with the portions back to where they used to be. The flavour is there... the service was great.

It’s so upsetting coming to a food place to basically order my food the way I want it 50 minutes before closing to be told they can’t cook my chicken well done because they stop cooking at a certain time! I know they are saying that to close early! I used to work for Yoshinoya and I know damn well that’s not right! Management needs to correct this!

Went to this location the cashier was busy chatting with the people for a good few minutes, even the guy making the food told her she had someone at the register. She ignored me and kept talking. Comes to the front absolutely no personality very dry almost rude like I was bother. She shouldn't be dealing with customers. Then my order was wrong I didn't notice till I got home. I also asked for extra onions I got big raw disgusting pieces. For people deciding where to spend their hard earned money, so many options on where to buy food. I think this location could do better. 1st and last time to this one. SMH do better Yoshinoya
