I used to like coming here, but the service has gotten bad. The music should be family-friendly, and the staff are more focused on talking and doing cakes with the older lady than helping customers. The older lady is always gossiping about other customers with the younger workers, which makes everything slower.

The singular employee was nice, but we payed 41$ today for an ice cream cake. Be careful when buying these cakes. The flavor markings they have aren’t always to be true. Meant to get a strawberry vanilla flavor, came home with a Oreo vanilla flavor instead. Am sure this happens a lot but rlly should be fixed. It was a great cake but wish we got what we actually wanted 💔 bday kinda ruined

When you get in you can already smell the ice cream. ??Also, the service is amazing.??
I am extremely disappointed.I called and asked if I could order over the phone they said no it had to be online. I said okay no problem, but I am outside the store and was wondering if they could bring it out to me because my 2 year old had just fallen asleep, they said yes. 20 minutes go by I call again and tell them I ordered online and needed them to bring it to my car, they then said they couldn't because they had called their boss and were told not to because they don't offer curbside pick up. I completely understand but at the same time it's disappointing. Not to mention I ordered the $10 oreo layered sundae and it was 75% Fudge and VERY LITTLE ice cream. So what now I can't go back in there. Disappointing, over priced and no sense of community.

The ice cream is great however the iced coffees are exceptional although there is usually a line of people and it is quite expensive but very much worth the wait.

Unfortunately the customer service is terrible, a girl with glasses helped me today, she was rude and does her job poorly. I understand the pressure of working serving a number of clients a day, but it does not justify poor customer service.

I went to baskin robbins (reedley) last saturday. The person that helped me was Heidi. This employee looked at us and immediately gave us attitude and gave me a hard time when i was ordering. I've always ordered my smoothie same way and no employee there ever questioned it. this girl kept questioning it and making comments and not just that but she had an angry look in her eyes like hate. This girl had an ugly bad attitude she's as ugly on inside as she is outside. She was so rude she ruined my day. BUT about 5 mins later a spanish speaking brown person that looked like her came in and she was the sweetest most helpful person to her. Im sure any intelligent person reading this can see that this was the reason for all her hate and rudeness it was the fact i was not same skin color as her and i spoke english. Bottom line is She was prejudice. My family and will never there again i will take my hard earned money to a business where they font have racist employees working there.
