I will never go again to that location I have family that have gone and they say the same thing about the staff is rude there and they show no interest to the customers that’s why they don’t have customers there

Got, "only lettuce, tomato, and onion", wrong two times. Wouldn't listen to me face to face, so I just left before it was a third time. The boss, never got passed 1st grade, I would say analytically. They still owe me a whopper. Never returning to this particular burger king. I highly recommend just avoiding this place, too. Their hands are probably really unsanitary. Not at all at the level of a normal burger king employee. I'm glad there is an ocean full of burger kings out there.

My experience at this Burger King the times I have gone have always been very good, they have always served me very well and the food has always been very good and fresh, and the place always looks clean apart from the fact that it is a very new place It doesn't have so much that they opened it, the parking lot is very large and it is located in a very good place, the truth is I do recommend it for all lovers of a delicious whopper, this place does not have an area for children to play. I recommend it.

Customer service at this location needs to be addressed by corporate! You have the guy at the window blaming your automated order taker, as if she is a living person. He doesn't know how to fix a simple order mistake and satisfy a living customer. I really hope corporate addresses this issue before this burger king location is closed due to incompetence of its employees. I left the drive thru cause i didn't have anymore words to try and explain to the guy how to fix my order. He kept mentioning the automated girl. ?

Go back to live people taking orders through your drive through in Reedley, CA. I repeated my order at least 5 times and your robot could not get it right, so you have lost my business until this is corrected. We have been very pleased with this new location, until. Then I tried to call and it just kept ringing and then hung up on me. Your customer service sucks.
