We came in the morning around 11am today to grab food, the service was just amazing, the cashier she was so friendly, the food, delicious. We had a really bad experience at the Dinuba Burger King but here the service was so much better!

Pretty good place to eat at. Orders can take long, but food usually is steaming hot. So that’s a good thing for me personally. Service is pretty great. Atmosphere can be a little dull.

Much better than macs, burger and fries were fresh, hot, not like the cold, grease stick fries at macs. Restaurant was clean, service was good, employee was nice and polite.

I'm giving three stars cause I don't see them cooking the patties. Normally you can hear places cooking the meat but not this place. I have to take a better look next time cause I could swear my burger just were ready and I didn't see nobody cooking. I seen them add the 🍅 and 🥬.

This establishment has really bad customer service. The lady who I believe was the manager was completely rude, she even made snarky comments to her worker in front of customers. After i placed my order on their machines, I wanted to pay cash and she didn’t acknowledge me. I then ended up paying with card and i asked her if order went through and she simply said “No” and moved on without trying to take my order or make sure i did not need assistance.

Horrible costumer service. We went in to order and the manager didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in we waited and still nothing. She was also being rude to her employee not friendly at all.
I had visited this BK before 2 or 3 times in the drive thru and everything was fine. I decided to stop by and dine in with my kids and we had a bad experience! I asked for 2 burgers plain with cheese only and of course we got them with no cheese and all the veggies. Not only did they make them wrong, but we waited over 20 minutes just to get them made wrong. I asked the girl who took my order, when I ordered that I needed them with only meat and cheese. In total, we were there for around 40 minutes and we just ended leaving because we had already been there so long! My daughters just ended up the burgers home because they were already full from eating the fries while waiting. Also, the manager was getting orders ready and he saw me standing at the counter with 2 burgers, one in each hand and he didn’t even acknowledge me. It was not until several minutes later, that the cashier that was working both the front counter and the drive thru came back and had them redo the burgers. We still had to wait about 10 minutes after they started making the burgers the 2nd time, because the manager and the cashier were just standing around talking with their hands on their waist. I understand that big companies like BK want to save money, but it’s not very convenient for us customers when the customer service is lacking! I most definitely won’t be back to this BK.
