Served a good sized group close to twenty, everyone got their orders right, everyone happy, but it took too long to bring food out….you need to hire more cooks! Also air conditioning was down so everyone suffered that way! Hot in the California Central Valley!! First of September, 2024.

Worst Denny's I have EVER been to. Noisy, no air conditioning and our simple order for 3 people took an HOUR to arrive!!! Waitress was nice but the whole experience was terrible!!!

I paid $50 for a mobile order, waited 30 min at home and then another 30 at the restaurant and still got no food. They couldn’t refund me either. Serivice is slow and uncoordinated. I have to call support in 2 days for a refund. Just terrible

The service is not very good and when the food arrives it is cold.
Billed incorrectly overcharged for the dinner portions when ordering off the value menu, also overcharged for adult milk when it was a kids milk. servers seems to lack common sense. For example when we asked to add jalapeños to the burger they asked “on the side?” We said sure… then when they forgot the jalapeños and we are asked for them again they brought out whole raw jalapeños. Then had to ask multiple times for refills, butter, etc. then the supervisor on at the time wouldn’t refund the difference of my overcharge and said he could only offer an extra item from the kitchen. So we got a $5 milkshake to makeup for our $8 overcharge…..
