Usually I love being here, been coming in for years, lately after they've hired two of the younger girls the customer service has declined, I was there, Friday Nov 29, at around 4:00pm and the girls were incredibly rude and didn't appear to want to take my order, they also began mopping the place and took out a giant vacuum to suck up the water, they were doing so right beside me and hit me with the vacuum hose where I was sitting, she did not apologize, they were also making faces at my younger brother who is 2 and was trying to converse with them. We were on our way out because we felt uncomfortable and before my mom could even get up fully, one of them pulled the chair from beneath her to put it away. I have loved this place for years for its welcoming environment, cozy vibes, and great customer service, but unfortunately that has declined greatly with those 2 girls, this isn't a first where I've had bad experiences with them and others have agreed. Truly one of the worst experiences ever.
