Every time I come, the girl at window isn’t talking. There’s a girl who wears a hat, I think her name is Tamera, that always starts a conversation in the middle of her making drinks and multi-tasking, while the other girl is on the side not even putting in effort to acknowledge the costumer. Tamera always remembers our last conversations too, which makes it feel like at least someone there cares. Some people just have better people skills.

My daughter works here, and she constantly raves about the fun and healthy environment. I suggest giving them a chance since they’re still new. I don’t defend wrong behavior, but I do recommend being lenient. The other times I’ve been there, they’ve always been so cheerful and enjoyable. And remember, most of these young adults are college students trying their best.

I ordered ahead for a reason. I get there 3 min after my order was supposed to be ready. I'm still standing here 7 min later writing this and they haven't started my drink. There were only 2 people waiting and a couple cars in the drive thru. Why is it taking an additional 10 min to prepare a blended coffee? Also, the blonde girl at the walk up window was extremely rude. There was no reason for that I was waiting patiently. For this being a new location, they are need to up their game! I'll continue to go to Selma instead.
