The cashier at the drive-thru had a negative attitude and gave sarcastic replies when asked a simple concern/question telling me it did not matter and disregarded me.

Ordered a munchie meal combo with halfsie fries and onion rings. They gave me their cheap tacos instead (worst on earth) and 3 onion rings instead of 4. Also, used to give medium drink with munchie meals. Now, its small. Never coming back here again. Cant wait for the new businesses opening across from this Jacks soon

Real poor service people just talking no customers being waited on.Manager was the main problem she was delaying all other employees.
Update tried again after long time of not going here. This place is still awful. Half stuff not in stock. Wait forever. Just poorly run poor location.
One way to increase profits is to charge the same price for less product. The drink cups have gotten smaller, yet the prices have remained the same. What used to be a medium is now in a smaller cup. So what I do now is to buy my drink at McDonald's where a large is still a large and much cheaper!
