Real poor service people just talking no customers being waited on.Manager was the main problem she was delaying all other employees.
Update tried again after long time of not going here. This place is still awful. Half stuff not in stock. Wait forever. Just poorly run poor location.

One way to increase profits is to charge the same price for less product. The drink cups have gotten smaller, yet the prices have remained the same. What used to be a medium is now in a smaller cup. So what I do now is to buy my drink at McDonald's where a large is still a large and much cheaper!

The place was empty the bathrooms smelled nasty there was pee everywhere the soda fountain doesn’t even work one of the cashier attendant witch was a girl was very lazy like she didnt want to be there worst jack in the box 🤮🤮

Soooo slow! The drivethru is backed up to the street and you have to wait not only in the drive thru line but out front as well. We waited over 30 minutes… Three cars behind us have been brought their food before us it’s ridiculous! And they never ever have milk shakes available at night time I don’t understand this location is always busy HIRE More Help!

Tired of going to this location expecting it to be 24 hours like it's been than wasting gas for some lazy employees lying to us saying their system doesn't work when we can clearly see everything is on and running. If you don't want to serve people food don't say you're opened. We've gone here so many times and turned away countless times.
and then the jumbo jack was anything BUT jumbo…. so disappointed i should’ve gotten in n out :(

Waited 19 minutes for spicy potato wedges and two tacos. I guess they didn’t want to give me the spicy sauce that’s supposed to come with it…. Apparently the other ingredients I did get don’t belong on the wedges either😂
