Really shocked by how bad their customer service was. We came 2 hours before they close, and all the chairs were already stacked on each other. We asked if we could use the chairs, and one of the guys said yes. And when we were about to leave, one of female workers told us to stack the chairs back. We were shocked, but my husband still nicely put the chairs back.
Customers are not supposed to do the work. They had two hours before closing, and it was just really rude. They need to learn how to work and deal with customers respectfully. We will never go back here anymore.

Jamba Juice you are the worst at customer service. And sadly it's not completely the employees fault. Please pay for more staff members. And also get a better app if you want this to be possible. All I wanted was one smoothie using my rewards points. Couldn't do it through the app. Couldn't do it at the kiosk. Asked for help and was ignored for 20 minutes. I really like your product but I just can't deal with being ignored when I made it clear I needed help.

I asked for extra bananas and extra whey And usually when you add extra whey, it usually goes into a bigger cup, you should be able to taste the difference, especially if you add bananas, but nope that was not the case. I mentioned it to the young lady and she showed attitude like she didn't care what I said. There was another young lady there, when she heard what I was saying, she disappeared to the back. I know I used to work there, but now i'm just a regular customer. I deserve good quality service, just like anybody else. Have to say very disappointed. Again!

Favorite Jamba. 3 times a week. Great service and good preparation of the product! Can get busy very quickly, because its across the street from Reedley College. Good stuff!

This is the only store that has limits for the gift card thing schools sell. You cant order a large in the app but at other locations you can.
Customer service is the worst. Don’t like your job? Go somewhere else. The girl there is rude i went in on Dec 7th at 4:36 so to the girl working that day start thinking of another job or fix your
