I just DoorDash an order and I don’t know if door dash needs to update the itemMenu description or kabob city does , so I ordered a “shawarma” in the door dash app description it says it’s “thinly sliced tri-tip in a pocket bread “ what I got it looks like ground beef or lamb which I don’t eat lamb I also ordered half salad half rice and I only got salad ( which is okay saves me the extra carbs ) , I proceeded to call the store and the employee told me that the thinly sliced tri-tip it’s a “gyro” but that’s not what the description says on the app ! She didn’t even offer me the option to take the food back and show my receipt plus a screen shot of the door-dash app description. At this point is really bad customer service, from both door-dash and the reedley store ??♂️ it went to the trash cuz it tasted funny. Never ordering from them again , utter disappointment.

We love this place. The food is great and the service is quick. We like spice, so the Spicy Hummus and Spicy Chicken are our go-to. The fattoush salad is so fresh, but a do like a bit more tang.

The service was excellent. The food was alright. I almost feel like they prepared my chicken extra spicy. I like spice but I can't have it. The excessive spice put a damper on my meal. The place is a little rough, the seats particularly. Over it was okay, but I won't go out of my way to eat here again.

There was a bandaid found in my pita and I have escalated this matter to the food and drug administration. Please look up their penalties as their food and sanitation has been a problem on multiple occasions.

Geweldig! Ook de prijzen zijn goed. We gingen echt uit ons dak. De humus, de soep en kebabs alles is verrukkelijk.
The food is good but I found a piece of metal shaving in my food, girls in the front were nice but I can see the cooks in the back throwing a temper tantrum about it/staring at us...he basically threw my food at the counter with a nasty attitude. Will not be coming back. Girls definitely handled it well but I dont trust the people making my food based on attitude...

Really great tasting food especially since it was my first time trying mediterranean style food. I did take one star off due to them getting my order wrong. Other than that, I did end up calling them for their mistake, they were understanding & I was able to get my fries.

Owner has multiple locations- Hello, my name is Michele. I ordered food from a restaurant and found myself chewing on a bandaid a few bites into the chicken pita I ordered. I made the restaurant aware and they did absolutely nothing. I pulled their heath and safety reviews that you folks keep on record, and it appears there were several heath and safety issues at this restaurant. I feel as though my concerns were taken lightly and this should be brought to light since the owner has decided to not respond to my certified letter regarding this matter. I still have the pita along with the bandaid as I will not let this go until people are made aware of the situation that I along with countless others may be subject to and not even know it. Please email me so we can discuss further. I feel people give up trying because they don't feel heard or that nothing will be gone. But this is a problem I feel folks should be made aware of. Thank you. I look forward to hearing back from you.
