Normally I don't sweat a bad experience at a place but since this has happened before; I have to speak out. I'll try to be brief:Placed my order online at 8:30 pm. Order was to be ready at 8:45 pm. It said, if your order is late night pick it up at the drive-thru. I got there and wasn't sure if 8:45 was late night as the doors say open until 10:00pm. So I parked and went in. Front doors were locked. Backed up and went to drive thru and they say "you'll have to pick that up inside". I say, "doors are locked". They say "just park in front and we'll bring it out to you...we just got that order right now." So I backed out of the drive thru, which was not easy. Parked out front and waited 20 minutes for my order. Watched two other people try to go in with their orders that were incorrect. We talked while they waited outside. Up to this point it was familiar cause they did this once before to me. Got home and when I poured the gravy out it was the consistency of water. It barely colored the mashed potatoes and filled my plate with it's watery mess. I guess at the end of the day you add water to the gravy cause its easier than making more.This is in Reedley, CA. Don't think I'll go to the Reedley store again or maybe just not go to KFC.

The order didn't take long to come out, but we got trash fries. You know the ones that stay under the warmer for longer then 20 minutes??! I went through the drive through so I don't know the ambiance in that place but at least I could have walked back up to the counter and asked for fresh fries if I would have went in.
I go for one reason. I love their coleslaw because it's just like mother used to make. The chicken ain't bad either!
