Had ordered food my kids and when I got home all the fries were half empty. I was not going to drive all the way back since I do not live in Reedley. This is not the first time this has happened. What’s going on? Why am I getting ripped off?

We ordered take out and it's already been 20 minutes. We asked and was told there are two more orders ahead of ours. It will be well kver 30 minutes by the time we get our food. This is ridiculous.we aren't the only ones wait this long for take out. Another man was waiting for well over an hour for his food.

Order online @ 12:08. Checked in at 12:12 App notified me that my order was on its way curbside at 12:25. Received my reward points at 12:29. Never received my order. Walked in and told them. Staff took a picture of my order. Given my order at 12:43. I will not be coming back to this location.

This place is beyond slow and absolutely abysmal service. Customers wait to ask or to order and not once does a worker come by and offer assistance. Multiple people remain standing around looking at who knows what while the lines grow and people go without food. Mcdonalds is fast food but this place takes half hours or more to get a simple order out and even then it comes out wrong!! This place needs to get themselves straight. Absolute god awful place!!
