i ordered a milkshake with my meal then get to the window and told they don’t have it so i ask for sprite instead. still get charged for a milkshake. stupid hate this mcdonald’s 👎🏼

If I could give it a ZERO I would ! Drive through took more than 20min!!!! This is so ridiculous !!!!! What are you workers doing in there besides been on ur phones and playing around ! Then to say, I didnt even get my order until I came to the window ! Oh yes PLUS I asked for easy mayonnaise and ITS LIKE THEY DID IT ON POURPES TO PUT A BUNCH ON IT ! Only reason why I didnt leave was because I already had cars behind me! THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME BE LATE TO MY APPOINTMENT!

This place is not worth the wait. Every time I’ve ordered from here it’s a hour wait. The customer service is so bad. The employee straight up ignore everyone. I do door dasher as well and when I get orders from here I have to wait 30 -45 then I always have to cancel the order because it’s just a waste of time and when I try and ask them how long the order will take, the employees ignore me and it has happened each time I have gotten an order from there.

This place has such horrible management and service. There are no workers in the front taking orders. People wait like 30 to 40 mins for their food. I’ve seen door dashers and customers get ignored by employees. This place is so bad for business. If you want to order food from here you need to wait an hour just to get 1 hamburger. Do not come to this place it is bad service!

Super bad service, I have half an hour waiting to be served, I almost went inside to ask a girl to take my order, she takes it reluctantly and tells me it will take you more than 30 minutes because there is no person if you want. whether or not to ask for a bad way to talk to customers 🥺

This is by far the worst McDonalds service I have ever experienced. Waited in line for over 10 minutes to place an order with no one in front of me, the manager who was taking the orders kept telling me”I will be right with you” and kept walking away to take care of outgoing orders as there was a lot of confusion amongst the employees. After being ignored for well over 10 minutes I walked out. Very unorganized business and bad management.
