The baristas are always very nice and professional. It is clean, but the redesigned interior is horrible, with hardly any seating. There are like 3 tables. Combine this with loud music playing and it is not a conducive environment to enjoy a beverage while working, studying, or meeting with someone. The wait times can be very slow during peak hours, often over 30 minutes. Hopefully this improves with the second location opening. I also have never understood why the drive thru menu is placed past the drive thru speaker. You can't really see the menu very well until after you order.

The wait time in drive through is 25 -40 min in every other location it’s 5-8 min. This is horrible it takes less to go to a restaurant and get your food for dining

Do better! Don’t make my KIDS drink scolding hot! Has happened one too many times! I will hand it back everytime, so just do it right the first time. HINT: KIDS drink that I specifically asked for common sense!
