Bad service I ordered a triple espresso and I normally add a few things I like to it . Idk what’s with the employees but every time I order this they get all annoyed. Today when I ordered it the girl was being all rude she didn’t even add anything I wanted to it and let alone she cut my drink in half didn’t even fill it up it was honestly a sad drink . Do better .

Stopped by this morning. The young man at the window had a fantastic attitude. Thought it was worth mentioning since that type of customer service is rare these days. I hope they appreciate him there. They also always do a great job making my off-the-menu drink. 🙏

It’s always made perfectly .Taryn always has a great attitude and does an amazing job making sure the customer is leaving happy. the employees here are beyond kind. only two of them were working on a busy Sunday morning + we were early to pick up our mobile order so we waited around little. they were all very kind + greeted us right away. they even offered a cake pop to us for the wait!

The baristas are always very nice and professional. It is clean, but the redesigned interior is horrible, with hardly any seating. There are like 3 tables. Combine this with loud music playing and it is not a conducive environment to enjoy a beverage while working, studying, or meeting with someone. The wait times can be very slow during peak hours, often over 30 minutes. Hopefully this improves with the second location opening. I also have never understood why the drive thru menu is placed past the drive thru speaker. You can't really see the menu very well until after you order.

The wait time in drive through is 25 -40 min in every other location it’s 5-8 min. This is horrible it takes less to go to a restaurant and get your food for dining
